👍 Recommended I received a free review copy of the game through Keymailer. Life Below is one of those games that became better the more I understood it. My first few hours were honestly frustrating. Some systems were not immediately clear, and more than once I found myself wondering why my plans were failing or why certain species weren't appearing. But instead of making me quit, the game made me want to understand it. Once everything started to click, I found myself genuinely enjoying the challenge. Building a healthy ecosystem isn't as simple as placing things wherever you want. You need to understand how species, habitats, and environmental conditions interact with each other. What I enjoyed most was the feeling of earning my success. The game doesn't hand out solutions. It expects you to observe, experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them. The underwater world is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and watching an ecosystem slowly come to life is surprisingly satisfying. This is not a game for players looking for fast progression or constant action. But if you enjoy thoughtful management games, learning complex systems, and overcoming challenges through understanding rather than brute force, Life Below is worth your time. The game challenged me, frustrated me, and made me rethink my strategies more than once.
