About
Lichgate: Tower Survivor is easy to learn- collect an arsenal of weapons and upgrades to defend from the continual onslaught of monsters. Surviving all nine gates of hell, however, will require strategy, cleverness, and... FLAMETHROWERS?

Craft your own tower of destruction. Mix and match from over 100 weapons and upgrades to make a different build every run.

Level up your shop to gain access to legendary weapons to obliterate your foes.

Weigh the consequences of devilish pacts that will unlock your true potential, but will also affect how enemies get stronger. Each type of enemy is strong or weak against different types of damage, so choose pacts that fit your build accordingly. Perhaps it's worth it to be greedy and take the perfect relic despite the consequences. You'll have to determine if economy, powerful relics, or higher quality items are what you need to succeed. Choose from the options available, or up the ante and bargain for a better deal at the risk of what it may cost you.

Survive 50 rounds with different builds to gain access to new relics to shape future runs.
Beat each gate to unlock new difficulties that introduce new twists.
Compete on leaderboards with your friends to see who can survive the longest.
Collect achievements by surviving with unique constraints that challenge your strategies.

it's a decent adaption even though i prefer the 4 weapon slot and 4 upgrade slots of the original wc3 map. having only 2 of each feels much more limiting, like apart from the basic categories it feels way to hard to do any secondary categorie challenge runs like wave, burn, bounce, etc only. Still for the price you get a decent game with lots of potential if new archetypes and strategies (and more shop slots) get introduced
Highly recommend this game. It manages to be both simple and surprisingly complex. At its core, the concept is straightforward: you control a single tower, purchase weapons and upgrades (more HP, more damage, etc.), and fend off waves of incoming enemies. At first, it feels eas, you can get through runs by buying things at random and might think, “That’s it?” But the depth quickly reveals itself: - Achievements push you to experiment with a wide range of strategies, some of which are genuinely challenging - There are 9 difficulty levels. The early ones are approachable, but the higher tiers become seriously demanding - The leaderboard adds another layer of motivation, not just to reach the standard ending at wave 50, but to push for the true ending at wave 100 or maximize damage against the boss wave 50 As others have mentioned, this is the kind of game that keeps you hitting “replay”—whether to beat your personal best, tackle higher difficulties, or complete tricky achievements (like using only one weapon type). 100% worth the 7USD/EUR/GBP !

EDIT: I no longer have mixed feelings. This game's meta-progression sucks. Out loud and hard. Which means that trying to progressing through the game sucks. Out loud and hard. 100 failed runs to net a 4% additive bonus to something when all the meta-progression requires a x2 multiplicative demand. Wish I could refund this game. The gameplay loop with "rock, paper, scissors. +1" is fine. Moving through the gates/play progression just doesn't feel good. Then we get to the meta-progression. Man, no idea whose brain-child this was... Awful. Every "level up" you get 4, only 4, of the resources needed to upgrade your meta passives. Every level doubles the amount needed for the next level. It's not linear, it's exponential: IE: 1 -> 2 -> 4 -> 8 -> 16 -> 32, etc. Each meta upgrade only offers a 4% LINEAR upgrade. The math isn't mathing for a the gameplay reward because this game will force you for fail consistently on the same map only to crawl for the meta progression that MAY let you pass it. No skill. Pure awful RNG and meta design.
I've been having a lot of fun with this game, it makes me very nostalgic for older flash games. Easy to understand the game play and a good difficulty ramp up.
Beautiful rogue-lite tower defense auto battler. Active dev. A lot of different builds to choose from. The game is unique in that every 5th wave there's a chance to get an upgrade. Each upgrade has a positive effect, (+gold gain, a powerup, higher tier options, etc.,) and a negative effect, (+more elite enemies, stronger base enemies, more base enemies, etc.) Each weapon type is effective to a certain type of enemy, and also ineffective against another type. Choosing your upgrades wisely is the key to success. Fun game that I would recommend you pick up, especially with such a fair price point.
fun game, but it has not enough content! you saw every combination after like a few hours which is sad. The idea of the game is really fun though and when this is updated for a while I will play again and then hopefully give a positive review :)
Gute erste Runde, die sofort ordentlich Metapunkte gibt. Fühlt sich gut an!
