I'll start off this review with the fact I really do want to like LMU, However, I just cant fall in love with it. [b] The physics feel floaty at times and unexplained at others,[/b] its so frustratingly close to being good, but is just left at being frustrating to drive, Part of this issue is the FFB. I feel like I'm lacking information I drive, no matter what settings I try both within LMU and via my Wheelbase's software. I want to like this game but every time I compare this to iRacing, ACE, or my former sim of ACC. LMU always feels like its missing something. I'm just left feeling like I'm fighting my expectations of what a car should handle like within a sim. If you are fine with the price I would highly recommend choosing iRacing over LMU, LMU isn't bad, just frustrating

Сначала сломали фидбек на гиперкарах и до сих пор не починили, потом поломали неткод своим новым протоколом, теперь после апдейта игра вообще не запускается с ошибкой "Игра уже запущена". При этом не забывают выпускать новые DLC и делать недельные онлайн заезды только на них, и до кучи сделали подписку для игры по сути P2W инструментом. A huge drawback – and perhaps the most significant one – is the developers’ incompetence. They were asked to make it possible to register for and join another race immediately after exiting one daily race. BUT the developers replied on the official forum that they couldn’t do this because they DON’T KNOW how to calculate the rankings correctly in such a scenario, and that, in general, it’s impossible. Well then, why not have a look at how this system works in iRacing or ACC, or in many other games? What’s more, the penalty system – which deducts points from your safety rating – is the worst in sim racing. You get points deducted for absolutely anything: someone didn’t bother to brake and crashed into you? Points off your rating. You graze the barrier slightly (without breaking anything)? Safety rating penalty. And so on with everything. The scourge of this game is its [b]incompetent and lazy developers. [/b]

Driving standards are horrible, GT3 is filled with psychopaths

I got 400+ hours into AMS2 so I tried this Le Mans Ultimate because of the discount and curiosity. Only race in VR with aa dd fanatec. Maybe I'm doing something wrong here but this feels and looks like a 6 years older game compared with AMS2. Tommorow i'm gonna do some tweaking but for now I don't see any shadows or road textures in VR.
