Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 20 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a very fun, very traditional platformer where you get to explore your favorite TV Worlds! :) :) )
Parody platformer + fun abilities + colorful = Adventure through some hit TV shows and face off with the villians. Has a retro Mario/Disney feel. Collect coins and unlock episodes in 5 TV worlds. Been enjoying this one so far, simple premise, with some twists and turns to spice things up along the way. you start with a fairly standard platformer in the " peculiar things " show, you hop, you bop, you burp, you collect coins and blueprints - super straightforward. every show has 9 episodes ( levels ) and one bonus features episode after you complete the season. you need to collect coins in the levels to buy new episodes ( 100 coins in each ) and blueprints allow you to unlock the special features for extended play in them as well. If the entire game played like Peculiar things, then I couldn't recommend it, but that's not the case. Each new Show introduces a new mechanic to spice things up, for example : the 2nd show gives you a sword for melee moves, and has a stage where you do a side-scrolling shoot-em-up on a dragon. the 3rd show gives you a stunning baton you also can use to attach to grapple points - it mixes up fairly decently. The special features episodes are overtuned, highly difficult versions of the entire season wrapped into one - it's a good extra feature. every 5th episode you fight a mini-boss of sorts, and then you fight the real boss in episode 9. The 2nd show has a particularly difficult boss compared to the first, I canonly imagine it gets harder from there. In my playtime so far, I've managed to complete 2 shows, and 4 episodes from the 3rd ( with only one special features episode completed ) the writing is tongue-in-cheek, these are all parodies of shows you have seen on Netlfix ( stranger things, game of thrones, daredevil, breaking bad and the walking dead ( maybe not on netflix, but whatevr lol ) The writing works around these IPs in a clever way, inserting your chubby beer chugging protag as a hero to help the stories fix the issues they have ( all revolve around the main enemy in their show having the battery you need to get back home ) I'm enjoying it so far, the platforming can be pretty challenging - and collecting all 100 coins, and 3 blueprints in each level can be very hard - especially in the special features episodes - You have no life total, you respawn at a check point ( signified by your armchair ) so the challenge is tough, but fairly paced out. Definitely fills the void I have from being done with AVGN 1+ 2 Deluxe - I really dig retro platformers with some new-age challenge and sensibiltiies. priced right, lots to dig your teeth into, and the writing may poke your funny bone from time to time if you're a fan of the shows it's parodying. buuuuRRRRRP
Managed to complete the first world but overall this game is terrible and needs a lot of work. The biggest offenders are that hitboxes on spikes are way too large but the big one for me are the timed platforming sections like moving in between alternating rows of lasers are just way too fast. For example, the main boss fight of the first area has some incredibly fast moving platforms along with bullets coming at three different levels (again, which are way too fast), with instant death if you go too high or fall down. Some levels space out the checkpoints for some reason too, maybe to pad out the playtime. The ice level has some bizarre mechanics where instead of sliding on ice, as soon as you land its like you stepped in mud, and as you hold forward you start to move a little faster which makes no sense. I dont even know about the other levels because i dont care to mess with the problems previously mentioned. The attempt at humor is unfunny and cringey as well.
Bought the game on xbox last year for 14.99, when I saw it go down to 2.99 this week on sale on PC, I had to have it on here too. It pains me to see this game not getting much love on Steam as it's not perfect but is both enjoyable and fun if you like platformers with action/adventure. The parody's in the game are hilarious and each of the five episodes are vastly different as is the game play and special attacks. The level design is great and I love the challenges presented with every boss battle. Each stage has 100 coins to collect as well as other collectibles that are hidden throughout and you can use these coins to unlock additional levels as well as secret content which I love. The game also has achievements which I'm a sucker for as well as checkpoints generously placed throughout each stage so gamers of all skill levels can play the game without worry of getting a game over or restarting the level from the beginning. For 14.99 or full price, I can see why some people had minor complaints, but for 2.99 it's absolutely a steal and a must buy if you like action platformers with hilarious parodies sprinkled throughout. Please support this dev and buy the game as I highly recommend it!
Not just the TV parody / 90s platformer pastiche I expected - genuinely one of the best platformers I've played in a long time. Awesome range of mechanics, scenery, bosses, great gameplay. Fantastic I expected every trope in the 90s platformer book with parody extravaganza Landflix Odyssey when I backed it on Kickstarter, and wasn't disappointed. But I was surprised with the quality of the delivery! Bloody hell, it's good. For more niche curation, follow me at: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/27440015-CSH-Picone/
🖖
The Standing Zombie (The Walking Dead), BlindEvil (DareDevil). A música segue a mesma linha: incrível!

2020 Speedy Review Cleanup Do I highly recommend this game? No. But Landflix Odyssey is interesting solely for its parody aspects about the shows. Each show has its own mechanics so that it doesn't feel like you're doing the same thing throughout the game. Worth a try on sale if you're interested in the show aspects. If you don't care about the shows, probably look elsewhere.
