This game is like your typical farm-sim/store management game with unique legacy gameplay and nods to fantastical creatures. I got it in early access back in 2021 iirc and just picked it up again after a few years; it looks way more polished as the devs are continuing to add exciting new updates. Would definitely add it to your cozy-games list!

The generational system means you are constantly working to improve and pass on stats, skills, and items to your children. Unlike other sims where you're stuck on a loop, Kynseed’s world keeps evolving; NPCs age out and are replaced by relatives, meaning you have to earn that friendship and reputation all over again with the next generation. [h1]Unique Systems & Mechanics[/h1] [list] [*] [b]Meaningful Friendships:[/b] I love how you need to increase friendship just to harvest crops on an NPC's property. It gives you a real reason to actually get to know the townsfolk. [*] [b]Smart Progression:[/b] The game handles aging so well, you have a "bedtime" pass-out mechanic while you're under 18, but once you grow up, the game opens up and removes that restriction, giving you more freedom. [*] [b]Creative Tools:[/b] The slingshot is a blast for harvesting berry bushes, you just knock them down and collect them as you run by. Even fast travel feels balanced, costing an apple unless you've unlocked specific ways around it. [*] [b]Time Management:[/b] Picking a dandelion gives you a temporary in-game clock, which is such a cool, immersive way to handle time before you eventually get a real clock later on. Un jeu de gestion mélangé à des mécaniques de rpg, et en plus avec un système de transfert des compétences d'une génération à l'autre ! La map peut paraitre très grande et le nombre de choses à faire importantes au début, mais une fois lancé on est vite happés pendant des heures et des heures...
