This was a very fun light-hearted JRPG! A nice world to explore and great old school graphics.
A pretty fun throwback to games like Final Fantasy Legend and old school Dragon Quest. Worth playing if you liked Mari and the Black Tower, Knight Bewitched, or Finding Light
This is a very fun turn-based JRPG that mimics the classic styles of Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest. I enjoyed how the characters had tons of customization options despite the single skill tree, but they still each had their own personalities. Equipment made a huge difference, and it was fun to explore different combinations and decide what I wanted to do with each character. The story was decent, and so is the writing. The game took me about 15 hours to finish. I was rarely bored or eager for a dungeon to finish- they were just about the right length, with lots of little nooks and crannies leading to hidden treasures that were relevant. I was even able to jump ahead once I got the ship, and the game rewarded me with some funny dialogue about "the person in the sky leading me here!" I found the occasional fourth wall breaks pretty funny. I intend to look into the other games this group has produced, as I could tell I landed in the middle of a well-established world. Overall, if you like old school turn-based JRPGs with customizable characters, give this game a shot!
