Keeps the essence of the original while adding some new refreshing mini-games. The addition of non-binary identities and more customization options is so nice as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loved the original game.

the original was my favorite game ever as a kid and im very happy to have seen a remake come out. this has all the core mechanics from the first game but extra rendering and shading in the art style, more mechanics during the actual dates, and so many other features. this is a wonderful game and heavily addicting

This game was my safe place back then, long time ago, when I would play it till 3 AM behind my parents as a 16 year old, right after they'd turn off the internet after the bedtime, they'd think I would be asleep, but I was running my -secret-, diverse matchmaker agency :) and it was the only game I had on my phone and my secret safe place in a tough world. I'm so happy that they made a comeback after a decade, this game never ceases to put a smile on my face!

This game is actually really great! I’ve been a fan of the original since it came out, one of the first open representations of queer people I had seen and I was infatuated. Since then I’ve also played Kitty Powers Love Life which I also really adore, great for when you get attatched to certain customers and overall just really my style. I was very hesitant about Kitty Powers Matchmaker Makeover, but I am very pleased with the game. The new graphics allow for a lot more diverse customers and matchmaker representation and I honestly love some of the small tweaks and changes this game did. The new mini games are fun and you can tell a lot of effort was put into the game. Progression is a lot more structured and I adore that you’re able to have your own personal touch on the agency’s building. Overall I’m having a lot of fun with the game and I’m actually about to purchase it for a friend!

This game is nothing short of fun and silly, it's great for if you're just looking for something to play that's lighthearted, simplistic, and easy. It's been a favorite of mine since it came out and I honestly feel like it's a wonderful remaster of the first game. The artwork is lovely, the consideration and attention to detail is a delight, and the new minigames added are so much fun. If you're in the market for something funny, lighthearted, and lgbtq+ friendly, then this is your one stop shop for all the fun.

This game is incredibly nostalgic to those who were on gaming youtube in the earlier days, if you've never played, I'd reccomend this one as it smoothes out some of the strifes people had with the original, if you were a major fan of the previous game, I think this one is worth the re-purchase for the new games/features, especially if you want to compete with friends, but the core game mechanics and storylines remain rather unchanged. I did really enjoy this one! Especially matching my friends and getting letters about their matches with me, it also has that perfect balance of challenging but not frustrating, even if you're a pro you will still have dates that don't go perfect. Just like real life!
