Pretty addicting but…. Kingshot has a lot going for it. The presentation is polished, the graphics are clean, and the interface is easy to navigate. The medieval art style looks great, animations are smooth, and the game does a good job of keeping players engaged with frequent events and plenty of content. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is how heavily the game leans into pay-to-win mechanics. Progressing as a free-to-play player is possible, but competing against players who spend significant amounts of money becomes increasingly difficult. Big spenders can quickly outpace everyone else through stronger heroes, faster upgrades, and more powerful armies, making many PvP encounters feel one-sided. If the developers found a better balance between rewarding active players and limiting the advantage gained through spending, Kingshot could be one of the better kingdom-building games on the market. As it stands, it’s a fun and visually impressive game that’s held back by its aggressive pay-to-win model.

False ad The ad i played the game through was originally just collecting coins and then purchasing soldiers to defend a small fort that grew due to the amount of coins collected and enemies you slain. If thats what you think you will be playing, thats NOT the case. The game is overwhelming and very strategically keeps you engaged on getting all these unnecessary things that take several minutes to several hours to even days because everything is a process of building and updating. It’s more of a scam of time than a scam of money. I feel pretty lied to, the game constantly evolves into something more than what the original ad of the game I was playing. There is so much to do. It’s like an open world game with a to do list . I’m surprised you cannot customize your character governor. That’s the only thing they seem to be missing, but the game is overwhelmingly too much to do. Unclear instructions on how to properly level up. However, it is not so very straightforward about the level of confidence on making sure you’re doing it correctly is the uncertainty. The action in the game is very very poor. It is nothing like the original ad that I test played. You’re more so watching the attacks take place there’s no strategy in the attack at all. I’m only giving them two stars due to the overall false advertisement yet..cute sneaky game. I don’t find this game worth the download. Kinda reminds me of Sim City.

Best mobile game This is probably my favorite free to play mobile game. I appreciate that they don’t use ads. It’s so relaxing yet challenging! I’m on week 2 and still learning but I can see myself playing long term

No ads but advertising is allowed. Game promotes no ads. Until you get through clicking X on all the ads before you can play. If you say no ads I expect no advertising. Not a 10 click ad wall that I have to get through to play your game

Fun but Beware! I enjoyed this game for nearly 3 months. It’s definitely pay to win but can be enjoyed by free to play players as well. Unfortunately, I received erroneous charges from the game and disputed those with Apple. I was refunded for those charges but “soft banned” from the game. I can open it up and see the status of things, but can’t do anything to continue to progress. I spent $200+ in the game during my time playing and getting charged $20 for something that I did not purchase did not sit right with me. They said I received the items and therefore could not approve the refund or release the ban unless I paid the cost of the refund. So, it appears that this company charged me, put something in my inventory, and got upset when I requested a refund. An interesting way to go about business to be sure… Dev says: “Dear Governor, refunding could result in a restricted account, please only refund when necessary. If there is any problem with your purchase, please consult with our customer support first.” I had conversation with customer support as the refunds were pending. They said that the items were delivered to my bag and as such there was nothing they can do. So, they charge you for items without your approval, stick the items in your inventory, and make you it your fault. Such an abusive way to handle customer service.

Don’t waste time This game is nothing like the preview which I don’t understand if these gaming companies would make the game like how it is advertised and like the trial period these games would sell more. There fast paced and keep you entertained. If I could give it no stars far false advertisement I would. It’s 2026 #stopwaistingmytime with false advertisement. Taking up space on my phone. Instantly deleted once it wasn’t like advertised

Fun BUT is not like the add This game is fun but not overloaded with ads it doesn’t have ads it’s fun and it’s not at all like the ad

This game is fun This actually does not have ads and it really fun to play like the fights and the other stuff, but the only bad part is that it was not like the trailer
