A unique hybrid between turn-based tactical games and traditional, character-centric RPGs. Knight's Tale is a modern retelling of a classic Arthurian mythology story filtered through the dark fantasy tropes, a twist on the traditional tales of chivalry.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Sep 14 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

cool !

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

A very solid Squadbased Tactics game. Unique Story. Decent Metaprogression. Well balanced for the most part. However, In a world where games like Wrath of the Righteous or Baldur's Gate 3 exist, this game falls short both narratively and gameplay-wise. That is not to say that it's not good. 8/10, bonus points if you like The Knights of the Roundtable.
演出效果实在拉胯
Fantastic turn based game I did not expect to be this good, great replayability too with new characters you can unlock.
Game make monkey brain go brrrrr. That's the best way to sum up my experience with Knight's Tale. I was hesitant since it came out to give it a shot because I wasn't sure how the combat would play out. Ohhhhh boy was I wrong. The combat is similar to Fire Emblem in the sense of movement and grid based combat but also seems to take inspiration from Tactical RPGs like the Divinity: Original Sin Series. Throw in a pinch of Darkest Dungeon mechanics with the base and characters that can either die or receive injuries and require a rest to recover from and you got yourself Knight's Tale. Set in the Kingdom of Avalon you play as Sir Mordred, and for those not into the Arthurian Legends (don't worry the game does a great job with the setting and presenting it in a very digestible way), Sir Mordred is the villain to the King Arthur stories. You are resurrected by the Lady of the Lake and tasked with rebuilding the round table in your image along with recruitable knights you find throughout your playthrough. The game has a pseudo morality system which is split into 2 different axis'. Rightous or Tyranical and Old Faith or Christian. Each end of the axis comes with its own set of unlockable characters and perks presenting a reason for multiple playthroughs. The game also has a rougelite mode where manual saves are disabled and all decision carry more weight since you can't load an old save and redo it. The only downside that I have found with the game is that its not very controller friendly, I found some control schemes that worked well enough but its not intuitive like the Divinity Original Sin's controller scheme. Granted I might be biased on this aspect because I prefer m&k for this style of games. I have been gaming on my steam deck a lot lately due to family stuff but the control schemes did jive well for me. Overall if your looking for a fun trip into Avalon and are intrigued by the combat or even the direction of the story I highly recommend giving it a shot. It certainly scratched the itch that I didn't even know I had.
Good Turn based combat with the usual problems: No Autocombat which means: Hunting down that last archer / totem in the distance is tedious. No "Overwatch All". Moving is tedious, no multiselect. Run + Attack should be 1 click, not 2 clicks. Maybe add option to Auto End Turn after we Attacked. The [Reserve] button should also skip the characters turn if he only has movement points left. The controls are okay, not great not terrible. I only played a couple of hours so far, based on the controls i would rate the game 7.5 / 10. Edit: Hotkeys for skills should be movable. Injuries should be easier to remove. Injuries are too harsh.
The game is a lot of fun, even though it can get a bit tedious after you unlock most habilities and characters, specially after act 3.
