A linear, story-driven science-fiction adventure set in the shifting cave systems deep beneath the surface of Elior. After surviving a fall into an unmapped tunnel, Echo-6 operative Kellan Graves discovers that the caves are far more than a natural formation. They function as a controlled environment shaped, observed and manipulated by the mysterious Veiled Synod.

Cut off from command and armed only with a handgun, Kellan must navigate a network of hostile caverns filled with traps, environmental challenges and the remains of past expeditions. Every chamber presents new tasks and objectives that gradually reveal the Synod's true intentions.

Exploration, survival and progression become inseparable as Kellan follows the traces of Echo-4 and Echo-7, overcoming obstacles, discovering encoded logs and facing the creatures that lurk in the dark. The deeper he descends, the clearer it becomes that the Synod has been here long before him. And they are still watching.
