Julia: A Science Journey

It's a lacking story on COVID and a research data gathering mechanism. Illustration style was nice but lacked voicing and the gameplay mechanics when they occurred were not great.

What a terrific idea: teach via gaming. This is a lovely story & enjoyable prelude to what is intended to be a full game. Play this for the fun of it, to consider the possibilities & positivities of gaming, & to support the team behind it. I will buy full version in hope that we all find better ways to deliver fact-based info to the world.

This free story-driven adventure game is about the COVID-19 and other world pandemics and you progress through it by playing mini-games. It is a short game about the life of Julia and the start of COVID-19 pandemic drama. This game even teaches you a thing or two about the Spanish flu. So despite my cool rectangular text in a field box exterior I do like a quiz and if your like me and your digestive system has mutated in the melding of an alien micro parasite in an abduction leaving me only able to eat notes and currency then free is hopefully cheap enough for you! A story based questionnaire about science in the age of corruption (2020 covid) and viral warfare with some timing mini games, it is just part 1 not bad quiz though! enjoyed answering the questions and its free so why not!

Por ahora solo esta disponible el primer capítulo, pero es una historia simple e interesante. Nos ponemos en la piel de Julia, una estudiante de bachillerato que tiene que decidir que hará al acabar el curso y justo ese año se ve envuelta en la pandemia del COVID-19. Tiene minijuegos bastante entretenidos y unos diálogos con vocabulario "moderno". Es un detalle poder jugarlo en catalán, todo hay que decirlo. Solo queda esperar hacia donde se desarrollará la historia.
