Way, way downhill Originally, I gave this app five stars and a glowing review, but it has gone so far down hill lately, I just can’t stand it anymore. I can’t even really stand to play it anymore. It went from having my money, and all the great puzzles I bought, to having none of them and no way to get them back. I hate it now! It makes me very sad to say, but if it doesn’t go back within about 30 days, I will just switch to a new app.

Too many ads Fun puzzles but there’s an ad every minute, they also wanna charge $15 to remove ads??? That’s ridiculous! I’m also pretty sure they’re getting my honest review taken down because this is the third time I’ve had to submit it.

Support is messed up (1) I deleted puzzles yesterday and today they came back. This has been happening for a fee months. (2) I just reported this and you made me check my email and when I came back my report was erased. Twice. (3) I love this app but the quality of the images has gone down in the last year.

Piggyback on Review showed about removing ads that pop up while playing !! No longer true that you can now remove the ads in Settings!! They’re demanding you pay a one time charge of 15.00 !!! It’s annoying to have the ads pop up sometimes after every successful move !! It hardly allows for a smooth, relaxing, experience !! Please alter this some how!!

Ridiculous number of ads I did a 144 piece puzzle and there was an ad every 5-10 pieces. Probably watched 10-15 ads to finish 1 puzzle. Im not going to be bullied into paying for the ad-free version

SO many ads The puzzles are fun but there are ads genuinely every 30 seconds, making the game more of a frustrating experience than an enjoyable one.

The best So good

Too many ads This game would be paradise if it wasn’t for the amount of ads! It seems at times each puzzle piece requires one ad, and most puzzles are near 200 pieces. 😖

I am in love. Satisfying to play with, especially when you are in your car, 100 hours and I am still playing it on my phone and there is a ton of puzzle to do in the app that are difficult but not impossible or frustrating, it is a very good and simple to play with and I would give it 10 stars if I could. Definitely worth a try.
