Jigsaw Puzzles - Puzzle Games

Disappointing update I’ve used and loved this game for years but the update has removed all the features that made playing fun. Until the removed functions of piece rotation, piece recall, and limited board space are restored I won’t be playing anymore.

Why the change? I logged in after updating my favorite jigsaw puzzle game and you messed it up! Please change it back, or at least bring back these 2 things: Firstly, the ability to lock/unlock the puzzle location - I like to be able to make room on the board so I can set up matching pieces before they go into the puzzle. Which is my 2nd request: allow the pieces to but put on the board before being placed into the puzzle. Please don’t mess with something that was otherwise great. All of your responses are the same: “Hello! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the recent changes to the game. We recognize that adjustments to familiar features can be tough. Your feedback is valuable, and we will take it into account as we work to improve your experience. We appreciate your input!” YOU’RE NOT LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

USED to be great Echoing everyone else, this used to be my night time/wind down game. It was relaxing and just enjoyable. Not being able to do puzzles in sections now or rotate pieces has destroyed it.

They changed it This was my favorite and only puzzle app. Suddenly I opened up to play it today and now the piece rotation is gone along with being able to only play a portion (1/6th) of the puzzle at a time. Will have to find a new puzzle app. :(

Was a daily user. Was great, now awful. So long!

Hate the new update Hate the board is now locked into place and all the pieces are pulled into the board. It makes trying to thoughtfully put together a 70 or 100 piece puzzle, which I used to love to do often, such a mess and chaotic. Reading the other reviews of unhappy people and the response from the creator is “it was a careful consideration” 🤨😒 If there’s no plans on changing it back, I need to go somewhere else.

Ruined it on purpose? Second review. The responses from your team to my first one and all of the others is more than frustrating. The changes you made with the last update were not better or helpful. I never, ever lost a piece. Now sorting is impossible and returning the single pieces one by one rather than all at once is aggravating. Make it more challenging by adding tougher pictures not by taking away helpful tools.

Update changes I loved this puzzle game. Since the update I do not get rotate pixels and cannot use the space outside of the puzzle area. Not a fan. Switching to a different puzzle app.

What happened??? I have a paid version and play it every day. I definitely don’t like the most recent version. The submenu with Move in, Move Out and Edges is suddenly gone. Why????? Ugh.

Ruined a good thing You can no longer chose to rotate puzzle pieces. You can no longer put pieces outside of the frame. They made these changes intentionally. Support told me they cannot be undone. My question is for what purpose? They ruined an app I paid for and used to enjoy.
