Jewel Match Origins 2 - Bavarian Palace Collector's Edition

I'm familiar with this dev and own nearly all of their Jewel Match Solitaire series--they're among my favorite games. I've played many match-3 games over the years and this is my first foray into the Jewel Match-3 game and I'm loving it. I'm ~30 hours in and still not finished the game--there's [i]so[/i] many levels and bonus games to complete. Well worth the price, especially if you can get it on sale like I did. I'm impressed with the puzzles and logic required to finish some levels, some very clever work went into designing those. Love having a challenge like that instead of just mindlessly matching gems. Will definitely get more games in this series in the future.

This game is a very good match-3 game, taking the enjoyable Jewel Match Origins as a starting point and adding new game mechanics and challenges to increase the fun. There are a large number of levels, several play modes to try (timed, number of moves, casual), and a choice of several difficulty levels. Fans of match-3 games should certainly give this a try. I did encounter a minor bug (did not block play, just the unlocking of visual elements). I posted about the problem in discussions, and got prompt feedback from the dev that resolved the issue. Very helpful and friendly support is always a plus.
