JASEM is insanely hard and ridiculously unforgiving low-poly twin-stick arcade blastathon set to an electronic beat and filled with bright explosions and neon effects.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 17 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Чудова гра музика топ! Але нерви трохи поїла))
I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay. After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like. Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends. Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together. Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that. Thank you.

JASEM: Just Another Shooter with Electronic Music, developed and published by Stas Shostak, is a stripped-down twin-stick shooter that embraces its simplicity with complete transparency. It doesn’t try to disguise itself as anything more than what it is—a fast, intense arcade experience built around movement, shooting, and survival, all set to a pulsing electronic soundtrack. From the very beginning, the game throws players directly into action, offering little in the way of narrative or buildup, and instead relying entirely on its core mechanics to carry the experience. The gameplay revolves around navigating small, enclosed arenas while fending off waves of robotic enemies that attack from all directions. Movement and aiming are handled simultaneously, requiring players to constantly reposition while maintaining control of their attacks. This creates a gameplay loop that is both simple to understand and demanding to execute. Success depends on maintaining awareness of the entire arena, reacting quickly to incoming threats, and choosing the right moments to engage or evade. The inclusion of multiple weapon types adds some variety, allowing players to approach combat differently depending on their loadout, though the overall structure remains consistent throughout. One of the more interesting elements is the use of randomized weapon selection at the start of each run. This introduces a degree of unpredictability that forces players to adapt their strategy rather than relying on a single preferred approach. While this system helps keep the experience from feeling entirely repetitive, it also means that some runs can feel more manageable than others depending on the tools provided. This balance between randomness and skill is a defining aspect of the game, contributing to both its replayability and its occasional frustration. The pacing is relentless, with little to no downtime between encounters. Enemies continuously spawn and pressure the player, creating a constant sense of urgency that leaves no room for hesitation. This intensity is one of the game’s strongest qualities, as it keeps players fully engaged and focused. However, it also contributes to a steep difficulty curve, where even minor mistakes can quickly lead to failure. The absence of checkpoints reinforces this challenge, requiring players to complete entire levels in a single attempt. For those who enjoy demanding, skill-based gameplay, this can be highly rewarding, but it may feel punishing for players who prefer a more forgiving structure. Visually, the game adopts a minimalist, low-poly style enhanced by bright effects and particle-heavy explosions. The environments are clean and readable, which is essential given the speed of the gameplay, ensuring that players can quickly identify threats and navigate the space effectively. The electronic soundtrack plays a significant role in shaping the overall experience, providing a consistent rhythm that complements the fast-paced action. While the presentation is not particularly detailed, it succeeds in reinforcing the game’s energetic and focused design. Despite its strengths, JASEM is limited by its scope. The number of levels is relatively small, and while each stage introduces some variation through enemy patterns and boss encounters, the overall structure remains largely unchanged. This can lead to a sense of repetition over time, especially for players who are not motivated by score-chasing or mastering difficult gameplay. The lack of additional progression systems or deeper customization further contributes to this limitation, as there is little beyond the core loop to maintain long-term engagement. There are also moments where the experience can feel inconsistent, particularly when difficulty spikes or when the randomized elements result in less favorable conditions. While the game is generally fair in how it challenges the player, these factors can occasionally make progression feel more dependent on circumstance than on skill alone. Combined with the demanding nature of its design, this can create a balance that not all players will find appealing. In the end, JASEM: Just Another Shooter with Electronic Music delivers a focused and energetic arcade experience that stays true to its concept. It offers fast-paced, reflex-driven gameplay that can be both engaging and rewarding for players who enjoy high-intensity challenges. At the same time, its limited content, repetitive structure, and unforgiving difficulty prevent it from reaching a broader audience. It is a game that excels within its niche, providing a satisfying test of skill for those willing to embrace its straightforward and demanding design. Rating: 7/10
It isn't fun at all.
JASEM throws you straight into relentless, high-speed combat. With its vibrant low-poly visuals and pulsating electronic soundtrack, the game offers an adrenaline-fueled experience. The absence of a storyline keeps the focus entirely on gameplay, challenging players with its unforgiving difficulty and chaotic physics. It's a pure arcade shooter that rewards quick reflexes and persistence. If you're looking for a no-nonsense, action-packed game, JASEM delivers just that.
Boring. Just boring.
Nice dynamic shooter with multiple cool weapons!
