Invention 3

1 hour long generic unity zombie game for 50 cents. Being cheap doesn't exonerate your game from a negative review. It's a ripoff of No Mercy and Blood Harvest from left 4 dead. There's no story, and basically the only things this game has are the ok visuals and gameplay. They're serviceable. Game didn't have any bugs and is ok for the 50 cents, but it had issues. The way the game does checkpoints and difficulty is bad. If you die in a level, you must replay it completely. The only way your game will save is if you beat a level. There's no tutorial of any kind so I had no idea how to play until I just pressed random buttons. The only way I made progress was just hoping the the way with lights and zombies was the right one, and that wasn't consistent but it seemed to work. The zombies were also just popping in out of thin air in front of me constantly. Any time I'd walk into a room, even on the game's maximum graphics settings, 50 zombies would pop out of nowhere and basically stun lock me, forcing me to basically herd them into a hall or a corner and stun lock them because the guns have less accuracy than Stormtroopers from a Star Wars movie. So Invention 3 devolved into a game of whack a mole and any tension I had was completely deflated. It was 2 hours and incredibly repetitive. There was basically nothing of note that happened. When free to play games have more things of note happening, my own included, and your game is 50 cents, that immediately sets my standard of quality to be higher. So I cannot recommend Invention 3. Unlike a game where the repetition is just a fun gameplay loop repeated a few times for a couple hours, all this game was, was a big nothing. Nothing lost, nothing gained. One of the rare cases where I'd instead recommend that you'd buy a csgo skin instead.
