Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Insomnia is a series of standalone psychological horror stories, each exploring the limits of human isolation, memory, and guilt.
Developed entirely by a solo creator, the series focuses on intimate, narrative-driven experiences designed to be completed in a single, haunting session.
Every chapter tells a different story.
Every story brings you closer to the truth.
And in the end, sleep may be the only escape.
2012 – Arctic Research Station "Persei".
You are Ethan Miller, a junior technician stationed at an isolated scientific base in the northern Kara Sea. The routine is strict, as always: maintenance tasks, daily reports, quiet evenings beside humming radiators. Just another standard shift.
The deeper you dig into the station’s recent past, the clearer it becomes: something went wrong long ago and there may be no way back.

Deep, Story-Driven Mystery: Uncover what lies behind the locked doors of a forgotten polar station and what price was paid in the pursuit of progress. Every discovery brings you closer to the truth lurking beneath the ice.
Atmospheric Psychological Horror: Immersive sound design, flickering lights, and hauntingly realistic visuals draw you into the cold, creeping dread of the Arctic night. The line between reality and madness blurs as the station itself seems to turn against you.
Exploration-Focused Gameplay: Navigate tangled corridors, find clues, and solve environmental puzzles in a world where your decisions matter. There are no weapons here only your wits. Every choice can shape the story and determine who makes it out alive.
Meticulous World-Building: From rusted instruments to weathered personal logs, every asset in Insomnia is crafted with attention to detail. Examine journals, notes, and relics of those who came before to piece together the station’s eerie history.
Fragmented Storytelling: The narrative unfolds organically. Every message, item, and hidden space reveals a new piece of the puzzle drawing you deeper into a mystery that you must interpret. What you see (or think you see) will test your resolve and sanity
Prepare YourselfYou are the last person who might discover what happened to Station Persei and possibly the last who can survive it. But to do so, you’ll have to face not just an unknown terror stalking the empty halls, but the depths of your own fear. Insomnia: Chapter One invites you into a tense, chilling journey through the frozen corridors of a decaying facility where the cold is not the only thing creeping in.

Game is just ok. I had higher hopes for it. The setting was neat (I'm a huge fan of John Carpenter's The Thing), and it really felt like Still Wakes the Deep from the intro. However, I think the execution was off. The story was random and didn't make much sense, having you just go from Point A to Point B for the sake of progression. "The power is out" but all the lights and electricity are still on, etc. I did like that the monster itself wasn't really visible, it gave more anxiety as to what it could be which was cool. Overall, I wish I could give this a neutral rating. However, I know how hard indie and solo development can be, and I want to see more from this dev. I hope a Part 2 can iron out some of the bumps and make a really solid game!
I appreaciate the russian audio translation but it's clearly a Still wakes the deep rip off. ( or unfunny parody? ) at some moments its ridiciously 1:1.

Наконец-то Атмосфера, долгожданный холодок по спине...
I was exited about this game to be something nice but got disappointed. I understand is a solo made game but still very short, if you missed what to do next you just have to walk around to find out.
I loved this game. The ambiance, the creepy AF music, the FEELING of being stalked and yet completely alone, all mixed into a great little game. The best part for me, however, was the wonderful note at the end of the credits. All I will say is to the creator: keep creating and holding your friends close. I am buying copies for the gamers in my life and I will be waiting for Chapter 2.
fatal error
Visualnya bagus, horrornya dikit sayangnya. Oke aja lah ini game
Очень атмосферный хоррор, классные звуки, классная графика. Буду с нетерпением ждать продолжения. P.S. Разработчики, это подстава с письмом, в котором слово п**ар. Особенно для стримов.
Rather short but decent horror game. I appreciate the atmosphere and the feeling of isolation in certain sections. The use of sound and lighting were quite good and so were the graphics.
Having only glimpses of the creature instead of full-bodied shots all the time works as well.
Translation for some speech and text was not up to snuff, though. One particular instance there was no subtitle translation at all. However, apart from the latter section, it wasn't terribly off-putting. In areas where it was to be dark it was incredibly dark and towards the end the flashlight you're given wasn't available for use. My only other issue with it was, as mentioned above, it's quite short. Less than an hours worth of playtime. After perusing the end credits, it is mentioned that the developer did have a rough time putting this game together, so I do sort of forgive these issues. To me they weren't exactly game-breaking. I look forward to seeing where the dev takes the next chapter and hopefully we'll get to see something longer.
