About
A short relaxing incremental game about fishing across diverse ocean biomes and upgrading your ship.
Hi there,
This is my very first game on Steam. I built it working on it every day solo.
Making games has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I don’t have a big team or a big budget - just a strong desire to create worlds and stories that make people feel something.
This project is my first real step toward that dream - the path that I hope one day will lead me to create games inspired by titles like Frostpunk, IXION, Don’t Starve, Valiant Hearts, and It Takes Two.
If you decide to try it, thank you - truly.
Your support means more than you know. And so does your honest feedback.
Wishing you warmth, good adventures, and something that makes you smile today.

The game ended before i could buy all upgrades and then it just threw me back to the beginning without warning. Not playing 2h again just to get the last achievement. What a joke.
Incremental Fishing is a wonderful fun game very focused on active play rather than idling, it has a very chill atmosphere with great upgrades, the game never feels to sluggish or grindy, each upgrade is unlocked right when you need it, giving you a clear path what to aim for next. The soundtrack is quite relaxing like most incremental idlers, and is a nice way to de-stress and relax. My only complaint is if you mute or turn the sound down, it resets to its max 100% value when opening the game again, small bug that may need fixed, but its not a big deal, you can always use Windows Volume Mixer as a last resort if needed! An affordable, fun and relaxing incremental game among a sea of others (pun intended) I thought this one was pretty great, definitely give it a shot!

Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends Incremental Fishing: Your usual fishing game, following a well-established formula. Fishing games never get old, though, and I enjoyed the somewhat mesmerizing circling of fishes and the elegant minimalist art style. + Fishes swim around your little boat, which makes for some interesting strategies (still a mindless incremental, though, don't get me wrong! haha). + Music, color palette, minimalist art: everything contributes to a relaxing experience. Special mention for the black water, which I really appreciated. + Lot of lightnings and chain reactions, which is the best part in these "catch with your circle" games. +/- Game could benefit from a little faster pace. It's still OK, though. - Apart from new fishes and their special effects, upgrades are on the "numbers go up" side and aren't really creative. *Carp-e diem. Seize the fish.* Found this review helpful? omgggggg! i love this game for its relaxing atmosphere. I was like "i need to find a game where i can just sit in a chair and have fun without thinking. Just pure... peace and pleasure". And i found it! Sounds, color, design - i love it. It cleared my mind so fast that i was stuck there, it was so hard to hop off. I already finished two branches of skills, so im making thousands of money now hahah. I swear im not going to stop, this is my safe zone and i genuinely ENJOY it
Short but fun ! Gratz on your first game !
Lovely incremental game, description tells you exactly what you are getting and I feel like it's been put together really well. I'm on a proper incremental buzz at the moment and this is scratching that itch. I haven't had any issues like some of the other reviews mention and have a couple hours under my belt. I would definitely suggest this title.
Boris quit his job to make this game, and everything I see says it was a good move. This is a fun little time waster that at times is a grind, but the fish catching loop is addictive enough you don't mind... I wish the turtles had maybe a little more noticeable impact, but I'm really glad I played this game! Look forward to the next one!!
норм, на вечерок, классическая инка
good but short. could get 100% in 2 hours probably.
The main gameplay will feel familiar to fans of incremental games. The objective is simple: keep the circle over a fish, or several fish if they are within the circle’s range, and deal damage until they are eventually caught. Damage is dealt automatically at set intervals, so there is no direct control over the attacks. You can also only fish for a limited amount of time. Every fish you catch is converted into money, which can then be spent on an upgrade tree to improve your fishing abilities and unlock new features. At first, the upgrade tree suggests that there is plenty of freedom in how you develop your character, but in practice, it is fairly linear. It starts with an upgrade that has already been purchased in the center, with four additional upgrade paths branching out from it. However, you can only afford one of these options, while the others are far too expensive early on. This means you are effectively forced to follow the only affordable path until you earn enough money to unlock another main path, after which the process repeats. The design of the upgrade tree is also fairly typical of the genre. Most nodes remain hidden until you purchase one of the available upgrades, revealing new upgrades connected to it. The tree itself is quite expansive, but this is largely because each upgrade can only be purchased once. The many nodes help make the tree look larger, even though there is not always much variety between them. Unfortunately, this also makes the upgrade system less exciting than it initially appears. Most upgrades simply increase damage, expand the circle’s range, or allow you to catch more fish. Only a handful introduce something genuinely different, such as new fish types that take longer to catch but provide a larger payout. There are also a few special attacks, including lightning fish and bouncing turtles, which add some welcome variety. Fortunately, the game ends before this repetition has much time to become truly boring. It takes roughly two hours to purchase every upgrade and reach the point where you can finish the game. The completion is also straightforward, as all achievements are earned naturally during a normal playthrough and nothing is missable.
