A tiny souls gem. Largely unnoticed, buried under the piles and piles of Souls games that keep coming out every year since the Third Impact that was Dark Souls 1, Immortal Planet is a pretty solid take on the formula, unapologetically indie. With a fixed isometric camera, square rooms, small enough to not merit a map, obscure souls-like lore, enough content to last me some 5 hours in just the normal run - and featuring a Nightmare Mode for extra pain - I was more than satisfied with the game, considering I also got it for scraps. It's hardly the most balanced Souls ever, it starts pretty hard, and you are given the choice to go anywhere in the world right away, possibly into way harder areas than you should be visiting, which I think is better than blocking them off entirely. Still, if you follow the intended linear path, the challenge is more than adequate and it costed me my fair share of lives to progress through the game, and most importantly, I usually felt it was my own fault for dying. The only frustrations I had were usually at myself. If anything, Immortal Planet is too short of the amount of weapons and spells it has, and the fact that it only has one ending (a Bad Ending) almost leaves me with the feeling that the game is not complete. It is, despite whatever I may feel.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A hidden isometric souls-like gem. I would love a continuation on this.
I didn't expect much but it was a lot of fun. if you like souls like games this a must try
Yes
don't waste your time with this game. another soul-thing you don't need. unpleasant and stiff control, no explanation of the mechanic at all, it felt like it was built to be unlikable.
Decent isometric soulslike. Not my cup of tea personally, but the mechanics are solid.
Amazing game
