Call me Dr DisRespect becasue I like Miners
Okay seriously, screw this game. If you're looking for something to play casually, maybe to check in 2-3 times a day and click a few buttons it's fine. The concept is great. The graphics are great. The characters are interesting. However if you are an achievement hunter, stay far, far away from this. To 100% the game it requires maxing out 20 different characters. I am at 1000+ hours and have only maxed out seven, maybe eight. I'm not putting another minute into this. At the time I gave up, I needed tens of thousands of legendary gems, which based on my math required the following: 1.125m coal 600k Gold 1.5m Platinum Ore 525k Obsidian Gems 600k Rutile Gems 675k Diamond Gems 750k Fire Opal Gems 750k Uranium Ore I mined for two weeks almost 24/7 just for Uranium ore and came up far, far short. Like maybe 10% of what I needed. Two weeks. And then I'd have to craft them, then use that to craft something else, then craft something else out of that, then use a total of five crafted items (requiring 2-3 other crafted items to make those) to forge the item I need, waiting a few minutes for each item, several thousand times. It's just waiting. Endless waiting. It's not even a game at that point, These last two achievements are just waiting weeks for a number to reach a point where you can click a button twenty times. Weeks. "But it's a free game!" Yes, it is. But it's a free game that still doesn't respect your time. Even if you spend money, it still feels like it would take more time that I've already put in to complete it. It's just not worth it. Play it casually, but don't expect any form of completion. Just get to floor 1000, consider it beaten, and move on. Normally if I can't complete a game, I consider it a problem with me. However I will see these last two achievements and feel nothing but contempt for the dev. That's not an emotion I should be feeling about a video game.

Overall game is fine. The game as a whole isn't bad, just very slow. My progress kinda comes to a halt when you get the mid/late game. I would ask for an update since the game is so old to just remove the time locks or something. But it's fine. Just know when you get to a certain point, game just stops for progression with no real end. Anywho, NEW RECIPE - Salsa Verde Ingredients 1 ½ pounds tomatillos (about 12 medium), husked and rinsed 1 to 2 medium jalapeños, stemmed (omit for mild salsa, use 1 jalapeño for medium salsa and 2 jalapeños for hot salsa, note that spiciness will depend on heat of actual peppers used) ½ cup chopped white onion (about ½ medium onion) ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves (more if you love cilantro) 2 tablespoons to ¼ cup lime juice (1 to 2 medium limes, juiced), to taste ½ to 1 teaspoon salt, to taste Optional variation: 1 to 2 diced avocados, for creamy avocado salsa verde Instructions Preheat the broiler with a rack about 4 inches below the heat source. Place the tomatillos and jalapeño(s) on a rimmed baking sheet and broil until they’re blackened in spots, about 5 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, carefully flip over the tomatillos and pepper(s) with tongs and broil for 4 to 6 more minutes, until the tomatillos are splotchy-black and blistered. Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine the chopped onion, cilantro, 2 tablespoons lime juice and ½ teaspoon salt. Once the tomatillos are out of the oven, carefully transfer the hot tomatillos, pepper(s) and all of their juices into the food processor or blender. Pulse until the mixture is mostly smooth and no big chunks of tomatillo remain, scraping down the sides as necessary. Season to taste with additional lime juice and salt, if desired. The salsa will be thinner at first, but will thicken up after a few hours in the refrigerator, due to the naturally occurring pectin in the tomatillos. If you’d like to make creamy avocado salsa verde, let the salsa cool down before blending in 1 to 2 diced avocados (the more avocado, the creamier it gets).
Idle game fan here. I finally threw in the towel just under 2500 hours in (left running day and night). The game holds your enjoyment at the start and middle stages. At the late game stage the resources needed to get anything done just take weeks and weeks, so finally I admitted I won't see it through to the end and I just shut it down for likely the last time. It's certainly worth a visit if you like an idle game, just don't expect to be able to sensibly complete it.
You have to pay to unlock some achievements, some are behind micro transaction content,
one of the best free idle/incremental games i've ever come across. Satisfying and straightforward gameplay loop that has enough depth to keep coming back to. Absolutely no invasive monetization whatsoever
Nah.
Be warned, this game takes a very, very long time to complete, even if you do purchase store upgrades to speed it up. It felt like no matter how much progression I made, I was gated behind the slowest forges I've ever seen in my life try to smelt thousands and thousands of gems and bars to finish upgrading my miners. I would only recommend this game to a casual audience.
