Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very boring and didn't do anything else to really innovate on the game it was inspired by.
What I expected: Papers, Please What I received: I'm afraid I just blue myself
The gameplay is similar to Papers, Please, but in the science fiction genre. You play an immigration officer who investigate passengers entering Earth and decide whether they are human. Gameplay: https://youtu.be/6ZgIwiaxeW4 You spend your day in a border checkpoint examine and interrogate those arriving, then press the "HUMAN" or the "ALIEN" button. As the days creep past, your job becomes increasingly complicated (the number of things you need to watch out for is so overwhelming that it's easy to botch the job by missing something obvious). If you enjoy Papers, Please, then this game is worth picking up. [u]You can read other reviews and subscribe to our curators. This game is an example of how a small game developer has expanded and created what could only be described as The best indie game (That is not horror or action) I've ever seen. The gameplay is elaborate yet allows the player to ease into it, giving them a sense of warmth during the story. The characters are well-written and Very complicated on their own. If you're debating on whether you should buy this game - I'm telling you - do.
Excellent and interesting game. I love the variation between endings. For a game that was likely inspired by papers please it actually does a good job of being original. The difficulty starts very easy, and progressively gets more complicated, without feeling sudden or abrupt. I also love how important external, outside of work interactions are to the endings you get in the game. If I were to make recommendations to possibly improve the game it would be as follows: (These are in order based upon what I deem to be the most important) 1) [Most Important] Have more detailed endings & cut-scenes for said endings (Especially for some of the other routes). Doing so would make completing an ending feel even more rewarding, or more emotionally devastating, depending on the route you take. Hypothetical Examples: At the ending of the good ending we could see a short montage showing Noah and Lin overlooking the sanctuary world of the Sitken progressively becoming a great metropolis and haven for other aliens as well. At the ending of the evil route, as a final test of your loyalty, the Vatnaks ask you to directly execute Lin. 2) I am very thankful for the inclusion of checkpoints, although I wish we had the ability to select what specific route you are selecting when choosing a Checkpoint. (Good Route, Obedient Route, Criminal Route, Evil Collaborator Route, etc.) 3) Include the ability to run. (Just for ease of commute) 4) More potential background changes depending on the route. (For example, in the Evil Route you see urgent news reports showing the approaching armada, a reduction in actual immigration, and increased lines for people trying to leave the planet) 5) In the hostile alien encounter, where the alien breaks the booth, force the player to repeatedly click on/mash the button on the purge system in order for it to work. (This would increase the urgency of the encounter and would be lore-accurate as it is an old disused system) 6) [This one would be very hard to include] Possibly include some degree of randomization of encounters for certain days. (Obviously keep plot-essential scripted encounters intact, this one is more to increase the replay value of the game) 7) [Also very difficult to include] Possibly include some degree of additional expenses that the main character has to deal with, so as to serve as a different and additional form of potential difficulty.
For a one person development team this game is quite impressive. The art style is very reminiscent to the old school point and click games. I won't be opposed on seeing the next game going towards that genre actually.
I'm really impressed with this game so far. I like the silliness, the characters and dialogue are overall fun. I just finished my first playthrough where I was trying to be the very best immigration officer and go see "Sis" -
I knew I didn't like the sister, like what is her name?? Where did she come from? Why is she a B? How am I an alien that whole time without knowing? Many questions.
Obviously I need to try other routes in my interactions, I feel like there's so much more to uncover now. I'm hoping making different choices will open up new dialogues with characters like Lin, riddle man, and the beggar. I mainly want more depth/backstory and meaning to the characters that are there, and it doesn't have to be all of them.
For example, I like the hooded aliens who I accidentally told they could eat me - that was fun and gave me a good chuckle.
Mechanics are straightforward and explained well, I found inspecting to be a lot of fun. I do wish there was a bit more of a randomization with the people in line -
especially always having the "special events" happen with the last person in line. It makes it too predictable and it gets boring when replaying a day and seeing all the same exact people in the same exact order
Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase, it's a great quality game. I have played Papers, Please, and I think in some ways Human or Not does it better.
Very cool, tested concept bound into new facettes. I enjoyed the ending I got and judging by the tons of achievements I missed, I can imagine how much else there is to explore. Definitely a game I will be replaying at a future time.
I'm afraid of the sister.
I'm having a good time inspecting passengers and receiving alien jump scares.
