Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
After the death of her grandmother Maria, twenty-one-year-old Adriana travels from Texas to Spain with her brother Bruno.
Waiting for her is the Chavez family home, an old house filled with memories, unanswered questions and things that don't quite make sense.
Maria kept secrets until the end...Adriana intends to find out what they were.
House of Chavez combines visual-novel storytelling with point-and-click adventure gameplay.
Search rooms for clues, examine objects, use items and investigate the history of the house and the people who lived there.
Optional minigames and puzzles add variety to the investigation, while an Easy mode lets players focus primarily on the story.
The deeper Adriana investigates, the harder it becomes to separate family history from fear, grief and the unsettling events surrounding the house.
Old documents, hidden connections and disturbing discoveries gradually reveal a mystery that stretches beyond her grandmother's final days.
During her stay, Adriana grows close to Silke, the woman who cared for Maria near the end of her life, and Dolores, an alluring traveler whose motives are far less clear.
Your choices shape Adriana's relationships and can lead the story, and her romances, in different directions.
Investigate the Chavez family's past, uncover what Maria tried to leave behind and decide who Adriana can trust.
Some houses preserve memories...Others refuse to let them die.

I was expecting a visual novel in a completely familiar form, but it turned out that there is an inventory and we have to use items from it throughout the game, and there are also various mini-games. This is a wonderful addition to completely familiar short stories, which was a pleasant surprise! We explore the world, playing as a girl who, together with her brother, came to the inherited house. Everything is quite normal, but why did they try to keep them away from the house before? Our heroes want to find out the secrets of the past and present. They are trying to uncover secrets! I understand them, I am curious too! This is how our interesting adventures begin! Unfortunately, Russian is not available. I hope the developers will add it.
This is an unusual mix of point & click quest and visual novel. Adriana inherits a house with dark secrets and ghosts. The game combines elements of horror, mysticism, detective investigation, romance and love between girls. You find and use items, communicate with characters (has a choice in dialogues) and participate in mini-games. Adriana's survival and her romantic relationships depend on you. You must help her uncover family secrets and choose a girlfriend. + Beautiful art and pretty girls. + Pleasant music and atmospheric sounds (no voice acting here). + Free DLC with nudity/adult content. + Interactive elements. + Interesting puzzles. + Various mini games. + Map for quickly moving between locations. + It is possible to skip mini-games. + Achievements.

I must say,, Winter Wolves has done a great job in this VN Many interactive items to enjoy, there are several Levels,, Easy being that you dont have the Timed Games. You still have Things to do though, like Cleaning up areas and the like. Remember, in this,, Choices matter, also, you must check EVERYTHING, Even verifying your answers to your planned Love Interest as one answer may not have the value of another. Did I mention Silke is so hot. Adriana (You) are Hot to,, Dolores is pretty hot to, though she is 3rd out of the 3 of you. There are 2 things that you cant avoid, If you do a Certain thing right,, you will have to sort a translation, if you get that right,, you will then have a Guitar and a song to finish. You get to play it for your love interest. Did I say Silke is so hot ? Anyway,, Make sure to get the +18 Patch as it adds so much more to the VN including a page of Puzzles to Solve in the Gallery. I was a Beta Tester on this,, first few plays were stop start reporting bugs and Text issues, WW is Very good on this stuff so it never is as bad as you think.. But once it ran smoothly, I played alot and the First 6 games were Silke route as I could not pull myself away from her. You'll see when you play ;-) I Bought This game as I feel I should, Beta is just Testing. I Highly Recommend This VN. Enjoy. ps; I Think WW is putting up a guide as some things can be hard.
Well written, nice intriguing story and in ways deserves a thumbs up, but at the end it all falls apart. The game gets janky and buggy, the story doesn't really pay out to the buildup and you end up losing because of some choice that felt unconsequential at the beginning of the game. The ending felt so disappointing that it tips the scale heavy against a game that was otherwise really enjoyable.
Beautiful 2D game. It took a while to find enter the house and find the spider. So, I expect the good asventure. Wish me luck, guys!
Very interesting new approach in a visual novel from winter wolves, but with old strength like the amazing writing, nice plot, great art, fitting music, characters with dept you want to know more about and romance with some hot scenes if you own the dlc. The full package! I like the new point-&-click mechanic & the puzzles. They are even integrated into the story and effect the outcome of some choices (or more like if you win or fail any of these puzzles is a choice itself), but there is an easy mode for people who are not interested in these. The length is perfect, not too long & not too short. I can definitely recommend this game, especially if you like some other vns from winter wolves like tales from the under-realm-series or something similar. I would like to see something similar in the future! Would definitely play it!
This type of games - novellas, is becoming very popular. Where the minimum of gameplay and maximum dialog and plot. Playing as a girl, we hang around different places, meet different people, get into situations that need to be solved. A very measured game. It's perfect to play in the evening at your grandmother's house in the village :)
This is a VN. So the game is mainly to read the story and choose dialog option that impact the story. If you don't like this kind of game, forget about it. This VN is different from other VN from winter-wolve. Added free roam phase and "point and click" gameplay. That's a nice work ( I still prefer RPG Like VN from winter-wolves :-) ) So the story is interesting and choice to get Love interest are "confirmed" by a metric you can see no long after each selection (as usual from winter-wolves game and that's nice). Death are related to recent choice and that's easy to restart from the last point to avoid it. So you can take the rist of the deatch choice without having to replay the game. Free roam is something I usually dislike in VN. This one is simple and no to hard to get but to be honest, not sure it had so much to the game ( you may missed some optional dialog, or, on the positive side, discover missed dialog in second play for 2nd Love Interest route ). Mini game and "puzzle" are not difficult and are welcome ( and easy to disable if you don't want to do them ). Each minigame is different to match the context. So no repetitive action. All is done to appreciate the story , not to add extra artificial duration. good :-) So globally, that's a nice VN to do and dev provide a guide ( in steam ) to explore all the paths if you have a doubt but I do recommend to read it on second play only, not first. There is no reason to fail without help. The ending is "short" (epilog). I was expected a little "more" and the trigger of the "bad ending" does not seem very logical to my perception but easy to guess. I recommend the game ( as a VN with light mini game )
Its a while since I played this. l loved the art especially to combine it with puzzle gameplay (wouldnt mind a Winter Wolves Game with CG from former games in puzzles). I liked the writing and characters (fierce Silke and cute Dolores) altough I have to say I find flawed, funny Bruno more memorable than Ariana. One thing I agree with another a reviewer:
after the build up I was curious of the final story conclusion only to leave everything behind - povero commissario
. Gameplay was fun and not to difficult, - yay Game overs^^ - would like to have it another Game. Funniest thing is sorry I have to write it:
made a screenshot with the goofy looking shadowfaces with the text looking like the devil himself :"D. A comedy horror game would be interesting^^
Adriana and her brother Bruno inherit a house from their late grandmother, Maria Chavez, and travel to her small Spanish town to clean the house up and make it fit for sale. In the meantime, Adriana meets a couple of hotties and wants to get her smooch on but between trying to hook up with these girls, nightmares and strange happenings plague Adriana. House of Chavez is an enjoyable visual novel with a bit of psychological horror elements, a few simple minigames, and your choice between two different lesbian romances. The DLC patch provides some nudity and extra CG variations by completing some jigsaw puzzles in the gallery. Some of the mystery isn't entirely resolved, but I found the story enjoyable enough and worth the read. *DLC patch provides uncensored and non-mosaic'd visuals.
