Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 3 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Story mode is about 10h long plus 3 more for an achievement. Overall the buggiest game i played this year. Got the game for 6€ but I still feel scammed. It's a much different experience than houseflippers and also makes this game confusing if you played it recently. Also bad game if you have ocd or are colorblind, as the color schematics are the same as those things at an eye test, colors are especially worse in the mini view. Overall I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The only positive would be the graphics if the game were good optimised. Lots of visual glitches and bugs, many unexplained mechanics, incomplete, missing or misleading tutorials, buggy UI/HUD. The list is so long that I wont be able to lost them all. But as the game starts, youll notice how the waymarks are pretty rare and useless and for me, i had one outside the building throughout the whole game. You also start the game with atleast 100k money, but the tutorial desperately wants you to sell a painting to get like 50€ back. I also thought that I was supposed to find a bucket of painting to sell, and not the world map hanging on the wall. For me it was pretty unlogical and dumb to sell decorations that ill later need to buy again at a higher price to finish the room. There are also other furniturs, decorations, walls and lights that are in perfect conditions, that are 1, marked as trash, 2, marked as valuables that can be sold for 0€, 3, forces you to sell every functional lights, just to instantly buy them back so you can see again, and the floorings aswell that are in good conditions. So you not just wasting time and money, you also need to replace those floors and walls with something ugly, because the game will never give you those designs, which is also just dumb. Some NPCS have no eyeballs, gets stuck in doors and elevator doors open for them even when its broken. And you can also move through any objects and even inside the walls around the pool. Even after cleaning the room, its still filled with dust effects and dirty floors that have been placed down secs ago that cannot be removed. Game sometimes ignores where my cursor is and sells or destroys the items behind my selected item. Event requirements only progress when you are in the room, even if it was already completed. Rarely some walls wont let you paint it or to put panel on it, so youll need entirely different design than you started with. The horizontal wall above doors or windows can only be either be covered by wallpaper or ceiling panels. Doorsteps are sometimes 1 block wide, and doesn't cover the floor fully, so one side will always have the wrong material of floor. Under doorsteps or windows, the floor needs to put down separately, which is also easy to miss and also annoying. Wallpaper can glitch through doorways. Some objects like the wooden curtains can switch randomly between grey and brown, depending on the day time, but wont change colors after its been put down. Cobwebs can only be removed by hitting them with a hammer or crowbar, instead of the broom.. Loading between floors are extremely long and became very laggy after purchasing all the floors. Buying the extra floors will mess up the numbers, like elevator button says floor +4, while the game says floor 5 and also floor 4 while the room numbers starts from 501. Room numbers on 1st floor are in unlogical order that it just makes no sense and makes it difficult to navigate through a simple hall. Moving a decoration inside a room will make the npc to move out, making you to book the room again. Theres also no reason to go back to rooms and to upgrade the furnitures. Putting down floors, ceiling and walls in some rooms are easy, in others its pretty annoying, because even with the one click per room system (which never got explained), it doesn't work for every room, because every room layout was probably done by a different dev and never got quality checked. Ceiling is missing a row in every room. There are invisible walls, so putting down objects in corners doesnt always work as intended. So its a pretty big flaw for the OCD people. The furniture requirements for each room is almost the same, and mostly the amount just makes no sense, the game asks for too little. The game also forces you to remove the curtains and radiators, but to my knowledge, there isn't any radiators in the game, and curtains are never requirements. You also get way too many book options, but 0 toilet accessories for example. Room ratings are also buggy. Any room requirements progression about colors and shades are all buggy and most items dont count. Placing down required items in certain rooms just wont update the list. The item list for the studios and penthouse are designed for a single room, and there is no list for each room like houseflipper has. You can still put down more furnitures, but it wont increase your ratings nor your income. For any reason, the game never asks you to renovate any ceilings, 1st and 2nd hall or the library. Texts and voice overs are buggy, delayed and sometimes repets itself a few times. Cousin is useless and annoying. And so on.. Pro tipp: don't touch the lobby until after the concert.

After 10 hours it becomes a bit boring but it dont deserve a dislike! Game gives you exactly what you want for the renovations.

Apparently renovating one fictional house wasn’t enough for me, so now I have an entire HOTEL to worry about. Hotel Renovator is one of those games I can open, put on my favorite playlist and completely disappear into for hours. There is something SO satisfying about walking into an outdated, messy room, tearing everything apart and slowly turning it into a space that actually looks cute. And obviously I have to obsess over every tiny decorating decision because what if that lamp doesn’t match the ✨vibe✨??? I love how much freedom you get with decorating. Picking the furniture, walls, floors and little details makes it really easy to create rooms that actually feel like mine. Of course, what starts as a peaceful renovation session eventually turns into me spending an unreasonable amount of time trying to decide where ONE piece of furniture should go. But watching the hotel slowly transform makes it completely worth it. If you love decorating, interior design, renovation games or just taking ugly spaces and making them pretty, this is such a fun game to get lost in. 10/10 — came to renovate a hotel, stayed because apparently I’m now emotionally attached to the interior design of room 203.
Bref, bon vent, remboursement.
The design is good and everything and the elements are great, I recommend it sory my english is bad :D :D
Куча багов, призрак не реагирует на пылесос, надоедает убирать по одной вещи в начале игры,Постоянно отвлекает ,то отключение света, то прорыв трубы (видимо мастера плохорукие), курица вообще бесячая.
