Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 3 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Neat idea poorly executed. Over 30 GB suggests to me that the game is not particularly well optimized and it doesn't run great, I ran into lighting, gameplay, and physics bugs. The hotel management aspect is barely implemented, no real process for guests checking in and out, but hey, you can catch ghosts and roll dice with a chicken, if that's the reason you wanted to play a hotel renovation game. The actual renovation part of the game is okay, the UI is clunky, and the color options are a pain to go through. There are too many options for things that don't need them, such as dozens of different candle shapes and drinking glasses. Some variety is important of course, but having an extra level of menu for those categories would have gone a long way, and I can't help but remember this game is 38 GIGABYTES as I'm flipping through the 18th bronze statue option. To be clear, the game could have justified that download size if it was particularly attractive or detailed, but the NPCs look horrible, animations are stiff, lighting maps are a mess, and it simply doesn't look like a game that is THREE TIMES the file size of say... House Flipper, a game that it clearly took inspiration from, while not having noticeably unique content of its own where it matters. Every time you open the game you are basically rolling the dice (aptly) on what tasks the game will remember you've completed. Entering a room will occasionally trigger dialogue for something you already did hours ago. Eventually I just started refusing all special guest requests because they were too annoying to deal with especially the "place 10 blue furniture" one, where apparently the game's definition of "blue" differs heavily from reality. All this frustration aside, I did enjoy the actual process of decorating the hotel, more even the common rooms, where the game gives you more freedom to play around than the guest rooms. A few hours of genuine decorating fun interspersed with grinding through many more hours of the bizarre guest requests (sure wish the hotels I stay at would have a complimentary electric guitar and concert amp stack) and repetitive gameplay

Sehr cooles Spiel nur schade das es keinen Muli Player gibt, würde mit Sicherheit spaß machen mit deinen Freunden ein Hotel aufzubauen
After 2 hours of gameplay, it starts stuttering, and it is unplayable. Also, there is no option to restore the hotel to its original state.
Buggy mess, even on the lowest graphics setting it lagged. Crashed upon entering Room 101 and getting the prompt to sell it and I can't get that point. Idea is cute, for me it's not working though
I acquired this game through a steam mystery key pack. Although not thrilled at first it is quite fun. I've played only through the tutorial and the game isn't overly complicated and allows for many hours of fun through the management of the hotel and meeting customer requirements. I have been able to obtain two more keys and am willing the keys for 3 dollars if anyone is interested.
Room lightning is visible from one room into the other. Rooms are not well placed (holes between rooms). Lack of placement options (there is nothing more except drag and place). Lack of color options (1000+ types of paint but one type per furniture pattern). Yet it was fun for a bit, until I realized that cleaning the mess takes more than than actually renovating. 3/10
This is a terrible game, don't waste your time there are any number of better options for games of this genre.
Recommended 👍 Came for the relaxing hotel management. Stayed because a guest complained there wasn't enough ambience while standing in the room I accidentally demolished. Spent hours saying, "I'll just renovate one more room," and suddenly it's 3 AM. Whoever designed the gameplay loop clearly renovated my free time into unpaid overtime. 10/10. My hotel still has no fire exits, but the lobby looks fantastic.
couldn't get it to run, too many permissions
