one of the cooler ideas for PvPvE but ended up making an unbalanced backstab/headshot simulator. The only intensives for playing the game was for cosmetics that were not nearly as cool as the ones offered in the shop. Huge hype behind this game on release and losing ~90% players within 2 weeks
🕯️ RIP Hood: Outlaws & Legends ⚔️ 2021 – 2025 Thank you for the intense heists, clutch moments, and unforgettable battles in the shadows.

I bought this game and didn't even get to play it, now they shut it down. Feels like theft, if they know they are shutting it down, they shouldn't be selling it to rip people off.

We met as outlaws. When the servers went down, we were legends.
Juego muerto, remuerto y requetemuerto...
Whackness embodied in the form of a game. I remember playing that piece of whackness when it released and it was shockingly whack. Back then I had to buy a paysafecard at a store in order to play this game. I was hyped. Then came reveal: It's whack af. But the best part of it is, I crossed the 2h palytime limit and was doomed with having this whack thing in my steam library. When I think back, I just have the feeling of how whack this game was. And most probably still is. Pure whack game. There may be other games, which are on the same level of whackness, but for me, with the experience as a whole, this game takes at least one of the top spots in whack-tierlist. S-Tier game in the whack-tierlist. F-Tier game in every other tierlist. Nah just don't even consider buying it. No matter how low the price is, every penny is too much.
Great Concept, Awful Execution.
I remember playing this game with my brother when it was released. I was so hyped because it looked like For Honor x Robin Hood. Unfortunately, it was just mid. I found the combat itself fun enough, but the actual gameplay loop was very poorly designed. All you had to do was wait by the winch while the other team did all the work, then just kill them to win the match. Then you had John (Little John) who could one-shot with a jumping swing of his hammer, resulting in entire teams of Johns rather than mixed rosters the devs probably imagined. The whole "tactical stealth & tense heist" thing was gone on day 1. Don't even get me started on QoL. By the time the devs did anything, thousands of players had quit, my brother & me included. As much as I enjoyed picking players off with Hood (Robin Hood), I knew this game was going nowhere. Hood: Outlaws & Legends is a perfect example of how NOT to handle live-service video games.
