I'm one of those people who bought this without even knowing it was about VTubers, and after playing for many hours, I don't think it's for me. This *free gacha* was made to be as addictive, grindy and tedious as possible. I finished all stages in normal mode and one in hard mode. The coin system is a nightmare. You don't earn many coins, so you will end up replaying earlier stages over and over just to make any meaningful progress in the stages you're actually supposed to complete. Then there's houses, which are nothing more than another gimmick to make you grind for even more materials that don't make any meaningful difference to the main game anyway. At first I loved how balanced the characters felt, but that all fell apart once I unlocked IRyS and realized you can max out her skills and main weapon, build def, healing and become practically invincible every single run regardless of the difficulty. At least it's free.
