At least the developer himself tells us that the tutorial is the worst part of this game. Too bad that there is no other way to get an understanding how to play. If I play a game I would like to relax and NOT fighting with any stuff that I don't understand. In this state the game is definitely NOT recommendable (to my opinion). I still hope that things will get better and that's why I won't ask for a refund.
There's not much else to this game but building and making money... to build more. Its very much like planet coaster/tycoon games (which is why I wanted to try it out) but it has less personality. I played for 2.5 hours and I'm already bored. What could make the game better: - I like that there are fires and maybe the devs could add more to that concept. Like possibly having security issues or criminals that we must keep out. It'll give us a bit more to do. - Be able to hire more types of staff

Neat little simulation. Gives me those good old Sim Tower feelings, only with the graphics and feel of Software Inc. Would love to see more systems and depth added but it's well worth the price already, especially if you're a fan of the builder/manager genre.
Update and bottom line: There's nothing beyond the simplest game loop and the developer has not been present in over a week, after answering only the simplest of bug reports at launch. At this time I have to assume he just released as-is and walked away. --------------------------------------------------- The concept is good, even if the tutorial and placement rules are strange and tedious. It's basically the beginnings of SimTower but in 3D. However there's almost no actual gameplay loop. You place some rental spaces and utilities, make money, repeat and... that's about it. Even the elevators are just vertical footpaths at the time of writing this (at the dev's own admission). There is no roadmap and no sign the developer has any interest in making more than little additions like furniture and quality-of-life fixes. Refunded after giving it a try. If this becomes more of a complete game and less of a tech demo I would gladly re-buy and revise. Heck if it were a full-blown game I'd be willing to pay thrice as much, even.
I Like where its going but it aint there yet!!
Fun little tower builder. Somewhat lacking in goals on what to work towards other than making the bestest tower you can and sometimes the UI can be a bit janky. Lowpoly graphical style works well with this and smooth music isn't anything that pops out too much. Background noise, doesn't annoy but doesn't get noticed either. You plop down offices, apartments and other rooms like cafes and hope it all doesn't burn down in a fire. Tenants come as they please but you have staff members to hire too. Not really manage other than making sure you have enough firemen, janitorial staff or engineers to keep things running. Nothing too complicated but still something you need to make sure you're keeping an eye on. You can turn the fires off if you don't want to see your multiple stories high bowling alley go down in flames.
Not done.
★★★★★★★★☆☆ 8 / 10 An impressive game, which is wholly worth of the tag! Disclaimer; I'm crap at pointing out the good things, as are most other ordinary people, so please keep in mind that for every negative point I drop, there's a multitude of positives which made me finish the game in record time. The learning experience is a set of mistakes, followed by learning and improving upon concepts. My 9th. run is the one I reached stability on, and left running whilst I spent the afternoon celebrating the Finnish Independence Day. After I came back, I'd attained 50MIL (used for buildings&running costs) and 5500 R&D points. (used for research) Selling power is super profitable, borderline OP. Some bugs&criticisms; -Firemen didn't try to put out fires. (Fixed by reloading a save, deleting a staff lounge, and rebuilding one back) No need for 17 janitors from floors 10-25 to rush to floor 2 to clean up a singular piece of paper. (I'd love to have the ability to designate workers to staff lounges, and have the staff lounges designated to keep a singular floor in order) Deleting stuff is tedious. I'd love for an option to reset the whole building. (For restructuring) Last major gripe. END GAME MATERIAL TOO EASY TO ATTAIN -There's no reason that I should be able to reach the last research stuff with tier 1 research centers. ... Maybe increase the power needs for upper tier labs and R&D requirements for upper tier research. I basically got 5500 R&D points by building about 15 tier 1 R&D labs, and leaving the game to run for 10~ish hours.
