Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

pretty short, nice mechanic of search words through a database, wished the game expanded more on it, the end game wasn't very clear either. 1 achievement require a couple of attempts to complete but can look up a video guide to do.
a 'off-the-grid' game & does make offer you some 'solve-the-unique puzzle' game, story is quite special and made me think a while after completing the game. It is fun streaming this game, with a friend to solve it together, YES, that's a valid way of playing this unique and quite intriguing game. Give it a blast of try! Rating is: 8.5 out of 10! a one in a lifetime try and unique take on any gaming platforms or genre!
You play as someone looking into the database of a case that took place in 1994, revolving around a series of interviews with a woman whose husband is reported missing. The meat of the game involves typing in keywords into the database, which then gives you a 10 second - 1 minute clip based on what was said during that portion of the interview. As to why any database would be organized like this is a mystery in of itself, but just roll with it. Unraveling what exactly happened is initially interesting, as you search up snippets based on what would most likely be relevant, certain keywords in interviews leading to more information, cascading into a rabbit hole of this woman's life. The main problem of the game is that you can essentially piece together what happened at in about an hour, maybe two. And once you figure out the twist, and the exact details of what happened (pretty much the entire final interview), there really is no reason to keep playing. The reward is piecing everything together, which is fun and all, but it doesn't exactly leave me with any sort of closure since the game doesn't actually have an ending. The ending is you logging off when you feel like you have seen enough, which isn't really an ending at all. I am not exactly sure how you would end a completely non-linear style of story telling like this, but as it is, it feels like it just stops rather than tie everything up together. A real shame.
I really enjoyed this story. While I didn't mind the game only letting you initially see the first 5 results in searches, I do wish there was a way to retrieve already seen footage besides using keywords. After unlocking every scene, it would have been cool to experience the interviews in a more seamless, ordered experience.
If you want to play this game, take your time and try to solve the case by actually putting the pieces together. The story is created fabulously but not for everyone to play; watching a real private detective working on the case on yt rather than putting all the work yourself can be more fun. This game demands sustained cognitive effort many players won’t want to give. There are guides that give you tricks to speedrun but that is not the point of the game. I really liked the idea but the execution could've been done much better. The game allows the player to bypass its own core mechanic by a simple mistake: having "BLANK" as a text instead of leaving the user tag section actually empty. In one of the interviews, she spills on herself and exactly one minute later they go on like nothing has happened — not realistic. There's no exit button in the main menu; anywhere you click sends you right into the session, so why even put that pre-screen? I couldn't remove the videos that I added to session to review later, and clicking "delete session data" erased my whole progress. But worth mentioning: the anti-glare filter is thoughtful, and the mouse and keyboard sound effects work well with the external noise. If you have all the time in the world, delve deep into this game and make the most out of it; otherwise stick with games that don’t require this much energy. I will be following Sam Barlow for further projects. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails?id=3631286642
You can easily beat the game in <2 hours, but don't ask for a refund because that's mean. Fun game.
Will appeal to a specific audience. The majority of the game consists of watching interview clips, and writing down key words from them to query the database with to access more interview clips. The initial fun of following logical threads gradually wore down until I was frustratedly trying random words to 100% the database. I hadn't realised I could 'end' the game much earlier without doing this, and that there are helpful mechanics after you do so to help you access the rest. The concept and initial string of revelations are very well done, but this wears thin a bit quicker than I would have liked. An overall recommend if you like logical deduction games and don't mind watching a lot of video clips.
