Heartopia

This is probably the worst cozy online game I've played these past few years, it's so gloriously lacking compared to others on PC that the only situation where you should play this game is on your phone when you're using the toilet. This is a mobile game port, meaning its PC optimization is hot garbage, it's buggy and unplayable currently with frequent freezing. You've got games like Palia, Sky: Children of the Light, Infinity Nikki, Where Winds Meet, Once Human, FFFXIV, ALL better and have their own unique gameplay. They're a much better time waster if you want to actually have gameplay and story with some substance, as well as varying degrees of social gameplay. Whereas Heartopia plays like a game for toddlers, which it is probably intended for kids, weird that they've got the predatory monetization thing going on when they have such a low age rating but hey. That's just how it goes. TL;DR: Play it if you want, but don't expect much. It's a perfect game to play when you're in a call, or already doing something else if you just want brainrot. But you're much better off playing any of the games above.

I have to say, I really like Heartopia! I think it’s so cute and beautiful. You can create your character exactly how you want, decorate your house nicely, and have pets. Thanks to the hobby system, you can go fishing, catch insects, and more! The dishes look delicious when you're cooking, and there are so many activities to do with friends! it’s just a wonderful game! You get plenty of content even as a free-to-play player, and I don't think the pass is bad either. However, the one thing I really dislike is the gacha system... you have to throw so much money at it, only to end up not getting what you actually wanted. Yes, gacha is a game of luck , but it’s just really frustrating…I’m talking, for example, about the furniture crafting rights that you can't get with gold tickets..

Heartopia macht vieles richtig. Das Spiel vermittelt genau das Gefühl, das man sich von einer entspannten Lebenssimulation wünscht: Man kann sein Traumhaus gestalten, seiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen, verschiedene Hobbys ausprobieren und eine liebevoll gestaltete Welt erkunden. Die Atmosphäre ist friedlich, die Stadt wirkt lebendig und das Knüpfen von Freundschaften macht Spaß. Wer gemütliche Cozy Games mag, wird hier viele Stunden verbringen können. Leider wird dieses tolle Erlebnis durch die Gacha- und Bezahlmechaniken getrübt. Zu viele kosmetische Inhalte und Belohnungen sind hinter Glückssystemen oder kostenpflichtigen Angeboten versteckt. Das nimmt dem Spiel ein Stück seiner entspannten Atmosphäre und hinterlässt das Gefühl, dass Monetarisierung wichtiger ist, als sie in einem solchen Spiel sein sollte. Gerade ein Cozy Game sollte Spieler nicht ständig dazu verleiten, Geld auszugeben, um an bestimmte Inhalte zu kommen. Trotzdem macht Heartopia als Lebenssimulation vieles richtig und hat enormes Potenzial. Wenn die Entwickler die Monetarisierung fairer gestalten oder die Gacha-Elemente deutlich zurückfahren, könnte das Spiel für mich ein echtes Highlight des Genres werden.

первая игра, которую я хочу скрыть от всех на моем аккаунте. бляха, бесплатная игра, а требует столько всего. у меня комп чуть не взлетел от загрузки. игра на уровни симса и геншатни (а эти игры запускаются у меня отлично) не дает мне возможности мне в неё поиграть. вот просто создала персонажа и мир, а дальше в как в тумане... Не могу дальше играть, вот не могу и все. я даже дала ей второй шанс, но видимо не судьба. 30 минут гемплея - класс...
