About
He Who Watches is an atmospheric first-person puzzle game that tasks you with navigating a seemingly impossible structure. Grapple with spatial reasoning and shifts in perspective to solve mind-bending puzzle chambers in a mysterious puzzle-platformer where every surface is a possible pathway.
Your bow is not a weapon, but a puzzle-solving tool used to manipulate your environment. Together with a single, magical arrow, you can open doors, move blocks, activate switches, and pull yourself across gaps with its magical chain.
Walk on walls. Walk on ceilings. Shift gravity as you slip between these planes, creating chain reactions to find the correct path forward. Patience and persistence are key to unlocking each solution.
What lies at the heart of this ancient labyrinth? How vast is this enigmatic structure? He Who Watches is full of secret paths, hidden mechanics, and cryptic symbols that invite you to look closer. Seek the imprisoned god at the centre. He is waiting.

Excellent concept, excellente exécution, excellent système d'indices, excellent confort de jeu. Foncez.
Its polished and puzzles are just right and there seems to be a lot of optional stuff and knowledge based unlocks. Great game.
He Who Watches is a very innovative 1st-person 3D grid-based game. I really like its input system, and I think it answers a lot of design questions with elegance. Level design is very thorough and concise, and mechanics are apparently simple, but once you have a few elements, the combinations are insane—both a good thing (more levels and interactions) and a bad thing (overcomplicating things more often than not). The game starts gentle, but it quickly ramps up (a lot of 3D spatial thinking to do!), and right now I have a few "impossible" puzzles in my playthrough. For now I have seen half of the game (I'm about to reach the first ending I think, I still need to solve 2 of the 3 very difficult puzzles there!), and I haven't really accessed any of the very intriguingly placed secrets, however I'm genuinely determined to scratch deeper than the surface.

This game is amazing. I played the demo and really enjoyed it. Fun puzzles, chill vibes and great art style. Defiantly worth a play!
The further you get, the more wrinkles you attain. Trust me, this is coming from one smooth brained boy. This game is literally making me smarter. It's really fun and gets the gears turning. I give it a fully erect puzzle boner out of 10.
Great puzzle game! The way it makes you think brings me back to the portal days. you get used to the movement really fast. Also be careful with the blocks you chain shot they will fall and will crush you. Awesome game though well worth cant stop thinking about it. Would recommend.
This game has the most satisfying puzzles I've solved in quite a while. It's very clever, unique and well-designed.
after four ours of mind bending puzzles I have to say I really like this game. I think the most interesting part of this game to me is the hint system. Usually I am against hints because most of the time they pretty much just spoil the puzzle entirely, but the mechanics of this game are so esoteric that most hints are just revealing a specific way the world interacts with your actions. I was able to solve a good 80% of puzzles on my own but if I ever needed help it never felt like I was cheating or giving up. the hint system is usually a more simplified version of the puzzle you are attempting and you still have to solve that puzzle as well as the original, but the hint always helped me get my head in the general space of what I was expected to do without making me feel like I was being spoon fed results. on a side note, the music is very relaxing and the mechanical gameplay is very unique as you are bound to a grid and thus cannot act outside the grid pattern. none of the puzzles in this game require timing as a mechanics as everything in the game happens on a sort of "turn" basis, so if you have trouble with timed events or with physical skill based things like platforming or combat (there are neither in this game) you will be perfectly fine to handle these puzzles
Its hard and I love it, but somteimes after sovlign it, I dont know how I did it. 🙃
Absolutely addicting. I was standing next to a wall talking to my boyfriend & tried to merge on to it, only realizing when I started to lean into it and had to catch myself. But anyway, I wasn't going to leave a review until I got 100% completion, but these last few puzzles are really tough! This is the kind of game that starts out feeling impossible, until you have a big breakthrough that "unlocks" so much progress. Then you do that about 10 more times. Great meta puzzles, great individual puzzle rooms, just an amazing game. Wouldn't expect anything less from a Draknek release ❤️
