Hay Day

Love the game, but the bugs and monetization are getting really frustrating. I have been a fan of this game for years, but the bugs are getting really frustrating, especially when they hinder competitive play, cost diamonds, lost rewards, not to mention the rewards one doesn’t receive after they’ve been payed for with letters! And it’s so frustrating not receiving a letter for every help provided. A max of 7 per day is sooo frustrating, especially when I help 30 people one day, and only one or two the next!!! There is absolutely no reason they should be limited! Help might be more consistent if there was more of a benefit to the help. One great thing about the game is the evolution. That being said, before rolling out new features, it would be so nice if the development team did a better job of testing functionality. I love having the opportunity to reactivate a derby task when it expires, but when the harvesting resumes and isn’t counted, it’s more frustrating than having the task expire in the first place!!! And your bot support is so very frustrating! I really miss the human support of days past. We never receive feedback when a bug is fixed, and we receive nothing, not even an apology, in response to the inconvenience of the ever increasing bugs! I don’t know how many times I’ve reported a bug, the bot asks questions or makes suggestions, and then after I respond to the bots suggestions, I’m informed that the bug is a known issue. If it’s a known issue, why not just tell me that in the first place, rather than wasting my time with frustrating, needless dialogue?! I truly love all of the new decor you’re continually creating. It’s truly wonderful and probably one of the only reasons I continue playing. But it’s very frustrating that so much of it is unattainable unless one pays an exorbitant amount of real money for it. Do you not realize how much the cost of real living has increased? Your game is very, very lucrative. As is your greed. You’re one of the top games in the world. Do better.

Canceling Task August 31, 2026 With every update comes an another way to make players spend money, coins, diamonds etc etc..I will stop playing before I spend a penny. Tom sleeping longer than the 1hr 58mins. Several occasions I’ve set my clock. Only to return to the game & he’s still sleeping. Charging for booster storage, when I have little to none boosters. The list goes on & on.. I’ve been playing HayDay a little of over 10 years. I’m now to the point where I’m going to remove it from my devices. It’s become a money grab. Y’all really starting to charge to cancel a task. Meaning, in order to cancel a task(s) for the current event, I would have to use some of my diamonds. Absolutely NOT! I will NEVER spend money to play a game. Bye!

My Addiction I absolutely love this game!! I play it just about everyday, even while I’m at work lol. “I need to check on my farm” is something I’m always saying. The game is fun and comforting and has so many tasks to keep me busy!

Hay Day Good

Great Game! With one update suggestion! I’ve been playing Hay Day on and off for the last 8 years, and as a level 58 player, I can honestly say it’s one of my favorite mobile games. The graphics are charming, the gameplay is relaxing, and there’s always something to work toward. It’s one of the few games I keep coming back to year after year. The only thing I’d really love to see changed is the daily purchasing limit on expansion materials. Right now, you can only buy 80 expansion materials every 24 hours, regardless of what type they are. While that makes sense for common items like screws, nails, planks, tape, and wood panels—since players buy those constantly to upgrade their barns and silos—it becomes frustrating when it comes to land expansion materials. Items like marker stakes, mallets, and land deeds are incredibly rare to find because almost nobody sells them. It honestly feels like you have maybe a 15% chance of finding someone willing to sell them, if that. Since they’re so difficult to come across, they really shouldn’t count toward the same purchase limit as the common barn and silo materials. I think a great quality-of-life improvement would be to have separate purchase limits: one for barn and silo upgrade materials, and another for land expansion materials. It would make expanding your farm feel much more balanced without making the game too easy. Overall, I absolutely love Hay Day and will continue playing. This is just one suggestion that I think would make an already great game even better in a future update!

Problems with diamond use and earned goods Game play has several issues: 1. At times when making a product, it take the ingredients and not place them in the slot to make the product and just disappears; 2. At times when watching ad to receive products/item - at the end of of the ad you do not receive any product or item.; 3. In just browsing or checking on status time left on production of products/items all of a sudden earned or purchased diamonds disappear or somehow get used without warning even though the “lightening” icon is not selected to use diamonds. 4. Coins and stars take too long to accumulate and products take too long to make at times. But what is the most frustrating is to loose diamonds inexplicably and not receiving items for watching ads. Yet again, HayDay deducted 40 diamonds without me using them to purchase anything. Diamonds just “magically disappeared “. 40 diamonds just gone.

Slow Takes AGES to load up the shop when you’re trying to buy something from the roadside shop.. by the time it loads what you were trying to buy is gone along with everything else.. maybe assign the newspaper to less people. There’s an event to sell goods to visiting people now all of a sudden everyone only wants Jam this game is a scam

support is no help. so disappointed in this games support and their unwillingness to help.

Addicting not relaxing Should not be for children! I’ve been stuck in ads for betting APs. I’ve been stuck in an ad with no way out for 20 minutes! Horrible advertising on this gameimpossible
