Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

4 minutes I am only on year 1 but I love the game so far except I am waiting 4 MINUTES to get 1 energy so I get so bored and just go out but I absolutely love this game besides that. PLEASE!!!!!! fix it and thank you

Energy and time consumption The game is really interesting, but it’s difficult to do due to the limited time and energy. I’d enjoy it a lot more if it was easier to obtain materials like notebooks, energy, and coins. Like there should be a way to play something to obtain energy during tasks. Like the carnival event where you get energy, rather than an advert.

Uuuhhhh I’ve stated my opinion of the energy, and coins and diamonds in the past, now I am considering deleting this again because I haven’t been able to log in for a couple days in a row already because it just won’t load. Having to save manually because the game randomly kicks you off is also a hassle and cortisol spike. I really love the creatures and plants and the story so far but idk how long I’ll wait to be able to log in again honestly.

Fix it. I play on iPad and I’ve had to delete all my apps just for it to still not work. Everytime I load the game it kicks me out shortly after. I’ve tried starting over completely but I don’t even get the chance before it kicks me out again. I used to love this game now I can’t even play it.

Long lag time Have been playing this game for years. In the past month there has been long lag time with every touch of the screen. I’ve contacted Jam and have not fixed the problem yet. I hate to give up on this game but I might have too. Lag time is annoying and goes on for 20 seconds to over a minute of waiting. Needs to get fixed. 😞 I reinstalled the program. It was improved for awhile. It is starting again to have a logging problem. I will reinstall again to see if it will help once more and see how long it will stay. Hopefully the team will get this fixed soon.

BEST GAME EVER this game is soooo fun it feels like i'm in it i could play it for hours

So detailed!!! I love the time and thought that went in to making this game. Super fun. I do wish there were more ways to earn energies or that it took less time to regenerate but still a great game.

More Space for tappable items and other matters I have run out of space for items I can tap to get more energy. Make some more room in either the room/flat or secret clubhouse! Also in the magical creatures reserve, when are they going to provide the Phoenix and the Romanian Longhorn dragon? Lastly, is it too much to ask for an achievement quest for me to propose Penny?😡

Love the game but I can’t play anymore Honestly I will always love this game but it takes soo long to load and now it won’t even let me play, insanely glitchy and turns off the second it starts working, but, this game gave me Hogwarts. My home. My school. So, now that I’m a wizard I must move on to be an auror… good luck my fellow gryffindors and students. The witch, Emma DeBolt

Okay, but very slow on loading. Hi there! I really appreciate all the work that must’ve gone into this game, however I noticed that it takes very long to load to do anything. If you could fix that, that would be really nice. Thank you! The energy system was frustrating as well, but the game is nice, I’m enjoying it so far.
