Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

I miss playing & can’t due to crashes & glitches Already dealt with support on my issue which took a lot of time and convincing for them to realize what I've been saying. IS THIS GAME EVER GOING TO GET FIXED?! I stopped playing back in March 2026 due to unavailability to play of what's left. Like I said, already dealt with support. But its been months since my crashing and glitches issues within me being in year 7 and I miss playing. I can't play anymore or do anything in the game and it's August. It seems this game app is never going to get fixed properly for us iPhone users. SO MANY players are complaining of the same issues. When is it ever going to get fixed? Do the developers just not care anymore?! If you want loyal players like me back, FIX THE GAME!!!

Crashes every 30sec The devs just don’t seem interesting in fixing the game crashes here. Unless you have a phone with a crazy amount of RAM you can’t go over 1 minute playing, which causes loss of serious progress sometimes. They programmed in a manual save button but why is it out of hundreds of game apps I’ve used I’ve never once had this problem? Check the subreddit, it’s been widespread for years. The gameplay itself has its ups and downs, and I’ve been playing for a long time and I’m in the graduation class. This takes quite a lot of energy, more so than prior years, which can make the story hard to follow, and events hard to win. They introduce new features to the game, then very quickly ruin them so they are unwinnable or offer a fraction of the rewards. They also introduce beta tests all the time so that half the players get to watch the other half win all this great stuff in the Discord and Reddit and then they never offer the left out players anything. If you’re a huge Potter fan you might like it for a little while but a lot of people give up. Oh and don’t ever spend real money in the game because if you do they take away free rewards from your game and make the other purchases more expensive.

Please fix the energy I think this game is so much fun until the energy starts hitting you. You have to pay to get energy faster or you have to wait like eight hours, the story is very unique but not many people ever finish it because it just takes so unnecessarily long with the energy! I feel like if you guys just made it shorter or if you just didn’t have the energy system and just made good clothes cost some money that would be better because you would get so many more players I just can’t give this game more than two stars because I can’t finish it because of how long the ads are and I don’t wanna pay for it anymore.

Good but… I love this game and the fact it doesn’t shove ads down your throat unless you want it to. …But you really need to cool it with the special adventures. There’s way too many of them and cause stress with their time limits. Please just stop adding new ones every update especially since some don’t even feel like adventures. You already have almost 100. Please just cool it with those.

It’s okay… The game is really fun! But I absolutely hate the energy thing, I should not have to wait 4 MINUTES for ONE energy! Like it’s literally outrageous, I have to wait like 2 hours just for my energy to fill up completely and that’s not even really enough to complete a single quest or lesson. I like the storyline, but this really needs to be fixed. So many people hate the energy feature!

I love this game! I love this game but the thing I don’t like about it is that the energy takes too long and why do you have to pay real money? Why can’t you just use the money in the game right but I love Harry Potter and it’s so fun

Love it but When ever I try to do a quest or get off then go back on It will log me out. I don’t know if there is a way to make it stop or if anyone else had that problem.

Pretty glitchy Every 1 to 20 mins it would kick me out but it was really fun to be at hogwarts!!!!!
