Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

Crashing Why is your games keep on crashing and start over again. I don’t appreciate and same goes to all other players don’t appreciate that issue. The company must fix crashes issues asap

Glitches… Please please please fix this. I love this game and I want to keep playing but every time I am about to graduate to my second year, it glitches out and crashes the game. Please help fix it please so I can keep playing, I am only having trouble with that nothing else so pleaaaaaaase!!

Great game This is a Great they’re just one thing. You have to wait. Four minutes to just get one piece of energy and some task equals five energy so that’s just 19 minutes for one task.

Wow Honestly this is a wonderful app I love Harry Potter and it’s a great experience although it’s rly hard to get energy it’s still pretty cool how it refills when your not even there and the ads are pretty sure I’ve been going for about an hour and a half and I’m on chapter 5

A magical experience deeply bottlenecked by energy limits—please optimize this! As a huge Harry Potter fan, I can see the immense care put into this, but the energy system simply brings everything to a halt. I know it is a big advertising part of your system, but advertising doesn’t matter if you don’t have players to advertise it too. You can still have adds, but please make the system better. You want players to be watching your incredible narrative play out, not watching a timer. And the longer this goes on, the less money you will have. Please, please, PLEASE put this into careful consideration, and I would love if you could let me know that this will happen. Preferably in a 1-2 month period, but soon. Thank you for your consideration.

RIGGED You have to wait 3 min to get 1 energy! And if you want to buy them you have to pay so much money! There are so many bugs like right now it is not letting me walk, it takes 15 plus min to load and before when I logged in I couldn’t do anything! So I had to delete the app when I was so far in the game! I am making progress currently but I can’t move. I am not contacting any support team! Big this should be fixed! I hate this game!!!

AWESOME game, but one thing… I really enjoyed playing this game. Not playing as Harry and instead being your own character (like Hogwarts Legacy but on your phone) is fun and entertaining! I love how interactive it is, and how your choices can affect your friendships and experience in the Wizarding World. The only negative thing I have about this is that the app tends to kick me out to my Home Screen, and I have to log back in and redo whatever I was just doing the past couple of minutes, which can be REALLY annoying and ruin the immersion. I don’t know if others are experiencing the same thing, but I hope that can be fixed… or maybe it’s just something wrong with my phone, idk. Overall, 9/10 game, I love it and the variety of options you can have (both during your time at Hogwarts and even your life AFTERWARDS), along with the friends you have that stick with you in this game and the additional spells you can learn in dueling other players. Just those damn moments where I get kicked out of the app is what is deducting one point. But I recommend for HP fans who want their own adventure at Hogwarts! (Also Penny and Chiara are fine asf ✋😌🤚 W cast of characters)

Lots of tapping and waiting 🔁 Fun storyline and many quests BUT so very time consuming. Like others mentioned it takes quite a while to save up energy and then it’s gone in a second. Some quests are 8 hrs which means you have to get on the game constantly in order to pass. Special quests are nearly impossible to complete because you don’t get enough time and then I just feel like I wasted my time. I like the idea of the game but it’s hard to want to play when it feels like the purpose is to consume all your hours.
