Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery

OK, Can someone tell me how to unlock the clothes, accessories and pets tap in the customization area?

Luv but… Ok so I am obsessed with Harry Potter and I downloaded this game and I became obsessed with it! But I have three issues I just officially got sorted and so I wanted to change the house I was in on the game so I deleted it and redownloaded it but I couldn’t restart! How do u do that if u want to!? Also, why do we need to use energy to wonder or eavesdrop if it has nothing to do with the challenge!? And it takes five minutes to get a single energy bolt… please fix these three things and then it will be perfect! Ty!

Renewable Energy Tappables lagging This game is no longer feasible unless you pay REAL cash for energy. There used to be an option to watch adds for energy but those have been significantly reduced. The tappable energy also doesn’t renew as quickly as it used to so. I’ve played this game for years and now I’m opting out.

Pretty good This game was actually pretty fun to play. I really liked the animals and plants, but why do you have to wait so long just for 1 energy? That part was slightly annoying, but otherwise it was great. I did end up deleting it not because it was bad, but because I just ended up spending like 4 or 5 hours on it a day because it just required that much to keep everything up, and I just got a little too drawn in. If you want to play though I would recommend, but try not to do what I did, or at least just be warned.

Mini game I absolutely love this game as a harry potter fan and in general it's fun and engaging but the energy makes no sense. It can take a full day to complete a total of 5 tasks because the energy even when you watch all the ads. I understand it's to promote the purchase of gems but even if I did buy gems 100 of them only gets you 60 in ENERGY!!! It would make much more sense to have mini games or something that you can play while in middle of a task or lesson so that you can earn energy(a significant amount) Maybe a system like winning something out of three rounds gets you five energy point and you can get up to like 6 games. Whether or not you take this recommendation something has to be done because I have genuinely deleted this game before simply because I don't have patience for the energy and don't end up using the app.

Exepional I think that anyone who dreams to go to Hogwarts can finally get their dream to come true

Great game ! But… Ok,this game is so great but I really want to move my character around the castle with controls! I also play Hogwarts legacy and just think that we should have the opportunity to actually explore the castle a little bit instead of just saying in the same spot all the time!!😊

Love it Game keeps crashing

Please I truly detest the fact that I have to immediately choose a side quest. The game has SO many. It gets in the way of gameplay. You can’t even have the option of saying no and doing it later. You have to choose a side quest. You log in and bam choose a new side quest. At least give the option of later rather than choose the quest and let time run out
