Gravity Grove

Das Spiel hat ein echt niedliches artwork und ist auch für Spieler geeignet, die normalerweise keine puzzle Plattformer spielen. Die Story level sind sehr abwechslungsreich und gut durchdacht. Bisher ist es mir auch nur ein oder zwei mal passiert, dass ich nicht weiterkam, weil die level gut nachvollziehbar aufgebaut sind und man durch ein wenig herumprobieren immer zum Ziel findet. Man wird nach und nach an neue Mechaniken ran geführt, sodass man am Anfang nicht von allen verschiedenen Interaktionen erschlagen wird. Ein absolutes highlight ist der Level Editor wo man seine eigenen Level erstellen und im Workshop hochladen kann!

This puzzle platformer makes you move on the faces of a cube. It is a simple yet brilliant mechanic. The path you took to your current position affects your orientation, which gives the game a fundamental complexity about the question of how to get somewhere and how you got where you are. The game then gradually introduces more mechanics at just the right pace without overburdening the player with too many variables. In the first playthrough of the levels, you will find yourself exploring, planning, and strategizing your approach to each puzzle. Once familiar with a level or having an idea of how to solve it, the mechanics of the game enable you to breeze through it in one gratifying fluent motion, which is subsequently rewarded by the scoring system. The primary focus of the game is clearly the puzzle solving, but it also incorporates platforming challenges and a few elements of storytelling in many levels. Gravity Grove is a novel puzzle game which will entice you with a fresh challenge and keep you replaying its levels for the satisfaction of discovering better solutions and improving your execution of them while discovering all its possibilities and secrets.
