Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition

my friend told me that gta 4 on steam ran horrible and when i played it it runs much better then I thought since he told me that i have to download mods in order for it to run well/be playable (liar). It ran 60 fps most of the time but it did stuter on cutscenes sometimes and gameplay but not very noticable during gameplay. This is my faveourite gta game now before the release of gta 6 and even if it does release, I don't think its beating this but who knows? Espeically a game that released 18 years ago and still holds up really well in terms of story, characters, setting, music and atmoshpere!
