Niko Bellic, Johnny Klebitz and Luis Lopez all have one thing in common - they live in the worst city in America. Liberty City worships money and status, and is heaven for those who have them and a living nightmare for those who don't.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Best GTA by far (San Andreas would come in second for me). Storyline, setting, gameplay, realism, physics, attention to detail... P.S.: A tip for the GTA IV final mission (no spoilers): If the controller doesn't respond (or it starts changing your camera) when you press A, limit the game's frame rate to 30 fps (I did it from NVIDIA App), and you won't have any problems. It's a common issue that didn't occur on PS3 or Xbox 360, but it does on PC and next-gen consoles, and somehow they haven't fixed

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Same day: best BR #20, worst MX #88 · 6 markets collected

How a game should be, this is the reference. Full expansion packs intertwined with the story of an insanely detailed base game. Absolutely no microtransactions, you get hundreds of hours worth of content.
класна и мало требователъна и стоит дешевледругиг частей
Heli-Bug extrem nervig. Sonst, obwohl es schon etwas älter ist, ein sehr gutes Spiel mit Legendenstatus
The game has many problems but it's game engine is unmatched. Existing in the world of Grand Theft Auto IV is always a privilege. Liberty City is perhaps the most lived in feeling world ever put into a video game. The physics on the world and the people and vehicles that inhabit it are the best I have ever seen to this day. The story is a mess due to the games mission based structure but the characters are so excellent that this hardly matters. Niko is the best and most compelling character in the series and he is held up by an excellent supporting cast. I love that the game allows you to spend time with the characters doing fun little things throughout the world. It gives Liberty City a greater claim to being a immersive experience than it already had. The game has problems the previously mentioned messy elements of the story and the not mentioned driving which it topped by the GTAs released directly before and after this. In spite of these flaws Grand Theft Auto IV feels like a magic trick in so many ways. In no other game are there so many small things that amaze me and leave me baffled as to how they even pulled it off. I could complain about so much in this game but when it can do something like that, those complaints all but wither and die.
