Hay algo en este juego que simplemente no se ha vuelto a repetir. La historia de Niko Bellic, un tipo roto buscando una nueva vida en una ciudad gris, cínica y helada, se siente una historia muy madura. La física del motor Euphoria hace que cada atropello, choque o disparo se sienta real y pesado; conducir por la lluvia mientras escuchas la radio es una atmósfera insuperable. Sí, la conducción de los coches se siente como manejar barcos sobre mantequilla al principio, pero una vez que le agarras el truco, es adictiva. Los detalles son absurdos: desde cómo la gente abre los paraguas cuando llueve hasta cómo reaccionan las IA. Es una joya atemporal.
