Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Forget tiger woods or johnny player or whatever, this is where its at. Do you like hitting balls with golf things? - If you do I don't understand why you are reading this instead of playing this game. A level editor would be cool and would probably elevate this to the greatest game of all time. Unfortunately this element is missing but this is a solid game worth playing through with friends if you have some.
This is probably my favorite game of all time. Every night before bed I speak a brief prayer to the developer for more content.

I'd been looking for this game for years, since the third or fourth time I had to Format C. Years, you say? The last time I saw or played this game, it was on a CRT monitor. A CRT MONITOR, FFS! At the time, this game was a great cold turkey option to my Outlaw Golf 2 addiction. It was glitchy, obscure, and painful to play (as opposed to OG2 which was painful, drunk and technically a great golf game... just ignore Dave Attell). Can't say for certain when I first played Golf?, but I think it was in 2006/7, and I have to say that nothing -NOTHING- seems to have changed since then. Which, imo, is great. This game is a trial, an experience, a teapot on your head. It is by no means easy to pick up, but it also is hard to put down. The minimalist graphics are perfectly executed and stand as a nice juxtaposition to graphics heavy, physics/system/story weak, AAA produced games. It stood on that aesthetic ten years ago and it stands on it now. The story is both coherent and poignant in view of today's politics. That might be a joke, as this is a game about Golf? I think, but you didn't have to read that last sentence, so it all comes together. However, after all that smoke blowing, I can't obscure at least one thing I've run into in this iteration, and it's a biggie for me- jumping in the cart immediately puts me in black screen mode- I can still see the hole map and other HUD elements, but if I want to see where I'm going, I have to get out. Mostly, I don't care- it's a golf course, so driving should be fast and obstacle free- but the cart driving was some of the most fun I remember from the freeware I found years ago. Perhaps it's a glitch in my system this time, but without more tinkering I have to call it a negative point. TL;DR- waited for the end for that? Yep- and here it is: This is Golf? Golf? is great. But is it Golf? Assemble your workgroup and create a synergistic plan to decide whether this idea merits further development into a concept. Out of 5? Fore! ;)
Literally doesn't work. Renders a black screen in-game, no instruction on how anything works or what settings mean, and development seems dead. Please, please, avoid this. It's clearly some sort of lazy cash-grab. Even for a dollar this is abysmal. If they fix the game (big if), I'll change my review. But for now, waste of time and money, I'm not going to put in more effort than the dev did to make their broken product work. Put in a refund request.
The worst game ever, it looks like it was made by a blind person who knows nothing about UI or game development. Don't buy this trash, if you really have spare money you can just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ give it to me instead of playing this. 0/10
Got this during a Devolver Sale for about two dollars. Spent about an hour mucking around with a friend, and playing through the nine holes available at the time of this review. And you know what? It may have been the best two dollars I've ever spent. The golfing itself feels well done, with mouse based swinging that feels good, and works even better. The art style is...strange bordering on unsettling, but not in a bad way. The music lends to the slightly creepy atmosphere, though I found that some old ragtime works better for going with the 'what the hell is happening' nature of the game. I highly recommend it for some fun golfing action, and am interested in seeing what else comes out for the game.
As typical as it is for the man who created this game, it hasn't been updated in almost a decade and most probably never will be. The man who created these games is a very close-minded and arrogant individual and these games will most likely sit and rot on this platform as another early access game never to be played again. It's like watching someone paint the Mona Lisa of video games, something so unique and sparkling like gold, then he proceeds to hit it with a sledgehammer and walks away as it sits in the dust with cockroaches occasionally walking over it. If only he saw the potential.
Forget about "The Golf Club" or alike. Go play this instead. Reliable controls, good physics, no random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Really pleasing esthetics. And it runs on Linux. If it only had a level editor or workshop support, so the community could add more courses to it, it would be the perfect golf game.
Nope, sadly its dead.
for 5, nah. its like if golf with your friends had only one level but to make up for it had some weird art style to it that feels like "does this belong in a museum or is it simply not finished?" with that being said however, if its for 1, its a good foakin deal ma dude,
