Ghosts of Tabor: Legacy. The 2024 era, preserved exactly as you remember it. A brutal VR extraction shooter where every raid is a gamble and trust gets you killed. Scavenge, fight, extract. Make it out with your gear, or lose everything.

About
You remember 2024. So do we.
Ghosts of Tabor: Legacy is the 2024 version of the game, preserved for the players who were there for it. The maps you mastered. The feel you remember. This is your raid, the way it used to feel.
A hardcore, VR-only extraction survival shooter where your wits and whatever you can carry keep you alive. Scavenge for gear, weapons, ammo and supplies, then fight your way out with your loot intact. PvPvE. Squad up or go it alone. Reaching extraction is all that counts.
Old Island in its original form. The Hex Bunker. Silo. Matka Miest and its streets. The ground a generation of raiders cut their teeth on, right where you left it.
Exactly as they ran in 2024:
Backpacks with item collision: physical bags where every item takes up real space.
Neck snapping: the close-quarters takedown the way it played back then.
NPC behavior: the AI you learned to read, flank, and outsmart.
Damage system: the original time-to-kill and damage model.
Legacy will be maintained but will not receive new content. No new maps, no reworks. It's a snapshot of a moment in time, held there for the players who want to step back into it any time.
Welcome back to Tabor. It's just like you left it.

Only play Ghosts of Tabor: Legacy if you enjoyed the original version of Tabor or you do not mind playing an early and unfinished version of the game. Legacy is genuinely fun, and that old Tabor feeling is finally back. The intense fights, slower gameplay and constant tension are exactly what I wanted from Tabor again. The standalone version is disappointing because the graphics do not come close to the PCVR version. Now that the Steam version is available, the game looks, runs and feels much better. There are still bugs, but they are far less frustrating than the problems in the current version of Tabor. I would mainly recommend Legacy to original Tabor players who miss how the game used to feel. People should also remember that this is an early version of the game. Do not hate on Legacy for being rough around the edges when this is the kind of Tabor experience many players have been asking to return. The original feeling is back, the fights are intense again, and this is what I wanted from Tabor.

Great the only downside is no pve (yes is suck balls pvp) and the 50% of crashing after dying
The Game crashed twice in 20 minutes of playtime. also there is no PvE mode, but thats on me for not knowing old tabor was PvPvE only.
the game is so ass the framerate randomly dropped to 2 for the entire raid
Pretty fun game
Brings back many memories and old island which is undeniably better than current donut island.
At first, I was a bit curious but unsure whether to buy this game... in short DO NOT BUY IT. I had assumed there would be base level fixes to fix stupid small bugs and massive exploits that players are constantly using... not to mention the constant Crashes on PCVR and issues with multiplayer in general, I had also mentioned in the server and I quote "I'm not sure when but combat waffle seemed to have given up on creating award winning games and only making money" to then be met by a senior member of management and be timed out for giving feedback.... in Short Combat waffle have seriously gone down hill and really aren't worth the $15 for this title let alone the main game they are also killing, its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ studio focused on making money, increasing salaries and winning arguments online or warning people for giving their opinion... This has to be the worst title they have released, its full of bugs and is horrible on pcvr, let alone you'll likely come across a moderator that Permanently Bans or Mutes you for giving your opinion... sounds like a great totally non communist studio to me doesn't it Mr "crumpetgobbler". DON'T BUY THIS DOG SH1T
The game so nice Scott makes you buy it twice. : ^ )
