About
You remember 2024. So do we.
Ghosts of Tabor: Legacy is the 2024 version of the game, preserved for the players who were there for it. The maps you mastered. The feel you remember. This is your raid, the way it used to feel.
A hardcore, VR-only extraction survival shooter where your wits and whatever you can carry keep you alive. Scavenge for gear, weapons, ammo and supplies, then fight your way out with your loot intact. PvPvE. Squad up or go it alone. Reaching extraction is all that counts.
Old Island in its original form. The Hex Bunker. Silo. Matka Miest and its streets. The ground a generation of raiders cut their teeth on, right where you left it.
Exactly as they ran in 2024:
Backpacks with item collision: physical bags where every item takes up real space.
Neck snapping: the close-quarters takedown the way it played back then.
NPC behavior: the AI you learned to read, flank, and outsmart.
Damage system: the original time-to-kill and damage model.
Legacy will be maintained but will not receive new content. No new maps, no reworks. It's a snapshot of a moment in time, held there for the players who want to step back into it any time.
Welcome back to Tabor. It's just like you left it.

I started playing Tabor on Quest 2 around a week after the game came out in 2023, and I quit in 2025 due to the game just being a DLC simulator. It’s good to have 2024 Tabor back, but it’s crazy how they had to bring back an old version because everyone hates the modern meta and bugs in normal Tabor. With Legacy, I’ve only had a few minor bug encounters. Overall, it’s still a great game, but it’s insane how they had to bring back a beta build of the game because of how much the normal game is disliked.
what can I say , its the good old days
We missed this

10 times better then the newest version
cool nostalgia game
its better than the current game
The devs really gotta take some notes on this one. The old looting system felt so balanced. I actually gotta watch out for my money, unlike new tabor when i just spend it on whatever and still have 2-3 mil left. (2 weeks into wipe btw) and also the colors were better and the ttk felt balanced too. Also the lack of secure containers made it so that people were actually bringing in meds and keycards. There was nothing, and i mean NOTHING, that beat finding a keycard in a backpack. 9/10 build. i miss when tabor listened to the playerbase.
Not legacy enough for me
Bloody finally
