GeoGuessr Steam Edition

This game is very fun, I will give it that, but however, it is very limited to what you can do for free, which sucks... You can only do quickplay 1v1s for free, everything else you have to pay for, and not only that, the steam pass gives you a monthly price, but you can only pay for one year at a time, which I think is really silly, I don't want to buy a year at once. The browser version offers much more than the steam version, which makes no sense to me, why wouldn't you just put everything thats on browser on steam?? Idk.. in a nutshell this game has lots of potential and is very fun, but just like most games in 2026, the true experience is locked behind a complicated pay wall which limits their users. Unfortunate.

Why would anyone ever play this over the browser version? I have to use Steam and pay monthly just to play the base game. I've been playing Geoguessr for over a decade now and this is what it has come to. Complete garbage.

Да ну ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥, лучше бы сделали игру просто платной и то больше людей купило бы ее чем брать вашу уебскую подписку. Разработчики шокируют своей жадностью. Не рекомендую играть в это поделие где любой может использовать гугл для победы, а пожаловаться на таких невозможно потому что чтобы нормально пожаловаться ты должен посмотреть реплей и указать в каком моменте жульничество было а уже потом репортить, но сделать репорт невозможно.
