Before I played Garry's Mod, I was nobody. A loner with no friends, always sitting in the dark waiting for time to pass. My family was poor as well. Three starving children living in a cold house with no heating, and parents who struggle to get food put on the table each night. When suddenly, everything changed. Garry's Mod, the game rumored to contain the meaning of life, was 80% off. Excited, I ran to the only thing of value in our house, the computer, and spent our family's last dollar on the game of my dreams. Garry's Mod was, and will always be, the greatest thing to ever happen to me. Those around me were shocked to discover that I play such a wonderful game. Before I knew it, my IQ was higher than that of some of the greatest minds in the world. Elon Musk, Stephen Hawking, you name it. Not only that, but Garry's Mod saved our family as well. Our household no longer needed any form of heating, as the computer's graphics card did all the work for us. We could use it to cook all the food we needed as well. Our family was saved. Thank you, Garry's Mod. My life would never have been the same without you.
