I found this game to be janky at best, and unfun at worst. There is no sense of balance vs AIs and there is no effort put into making it interesting, you just start a mission and enemies teleport around you. If you're gonna get a mech game, save the money and put it towards Armored Core 6.
it fun
After playing 1v1 with a friend of mine fro a few matches, I guess I'm just bad at these games. I felt like melee weapons are just inferior to ranged in every way. That, or I didn't understand how to play the game properly. It's not balanced enough for me to have fun with it. There's also the fact that the game doesn't have much content.

>Year is 2020 >Mom, I want "Armored Core on PC"! >We have "Armored Core" on PC "Armored Core" on PC: The game is dead btw
its fun robo fun
Is this the best game ever made? No probably not. BUT, I think all the story lines in the mission mode are at least slightly interesting, some of the spawn/ death lines are funny, and can you really go wrong with giant robots zooming around with even more giant swords? I will say balancing could use a little work with most ranged weapons being pretty weak and relatively easy to dodge and some of the melee weapons are ridiculous. Overall if you don't take it too seriously its a good game.
This game is so great. I literally just spent two hours ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around, making badass mechs and fighting with them and it felt like only 30 minutes had gone by. 9/10 would recomend. Oh yeah also its hard as ♥♥♥♥.
More like Daemon x Machina than Armored Core. Still Fun tho. Me love big big shooty shooty robots robots!
This game is extremely fun. Group combat can be a mess, and there are a few bugs but overall its awesome. If you have the cash id recommend Armored Core 6 instead however. its just got more polish overall.
extremely clunky and small unfixable window size
