Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
GAL VS VILLAGE
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
STORY
///////////////
On 23rd month, Year 2XXX of the Unified Calendar, signs of otherworldly transformation were confirmed in Haiseta Village.
A claim of responsibility was confirmed from the Kurobachi family — the village guardians — and from villagers themselves.
The only message sent was a single line: “Know us.”
Togawa-no-Fuchi Prefectural authorities announced an immediate response.
Transcendent Entity Management Bureau — Special Unit No. 444:
Kessenji “Blood-sucker” Yui is to be dispatched at once to contain the situation.

memo
The villagers who have already become monstrous cannot be saved, nor can this village, which has become an otherworld.
Even though our homeland contains countless otherworlds, the manifestation of even a single one upsets the nationwide balance of deities and gods, and people’s lives — their everyday existence — will be invaded.
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
What's this?
///////////////
GAL VS VILLAGE is an old-school FPS where you storm Haiseta Village — now wrapped in strange phenomena — armed with kitchen knives and firearms.
You play as Kessenji “Blood-sucker” Yui, infiltrate the village, and must neutralize the villagers who have turned into horrors and the people of the Kurobachi family who are plotting something, bringing the crisis to an end.
Monstrous villagers, ancient kamis that manifest, and various shikigami invoked by rituals —
you will face a wide range of hostile entities.
But you are the strongest gal.
You cannot lose.
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
FUTURE
///////////////
Kessenji “Blood-sucker” Yui has undergone special ritual consecration over her entire body, and her form has adapted to the otherworld — she is the secret weapon of the special unit.
Therefore, you can move at high speed with the SHIFT key, hold left-click to fire firearms one-handed, and use right-click to swing a meat cleaver.
For players unfamiliar with FPS games, this title includes a “You Won’t Get Lost (Probably)” guide feature and an ultra-forgiving lowest difficulty where you almost never die.
Rest easy!

SONGS!!!
///////////////
The previous work, “CULT VS GAL” featured the industry’s first multi-ending system, and of course this title also allows you to choose multiple endings.
For the ending songs — which are quite decadent and mature — I commissioned arrangement, recording, and mixing from Takayuki Katō (active as “kikato” in the band “Iroiro na Juujika”). Composition and lyrics are by the author.
The title track will of course play as well.
It’s called “Konjo Eternal.” Lyrics and composition by the author.

This is pretty much: "If doom guy was a cute anime girl" 11/10 would play again.

A dead simple, no frills retro-FPS with a killer soundtrack. I adore simple games like this and I've followed Crush-vAdin's work for quite awhile. They consistently delivery fast, arcadey FPS games that I cannot recommend enough. Especially for such a cheap price! The translation is a bit rough, but the game's spirit shines through. The visuals, the music it's all wonderful.
GAL VS VILLAGE takes everything fun and what makes CULT VS GAL fun and quirky, but somehow expounds on it and makes it better. To judge it off of the game on its own for now, the game can pretty much be 100%'ed in under 2 hours, it's quick yet I do believe it's good enough since it doesn't overstay its welcome and starts to feel repetitive; since it admittedly is a bit barebone but definitely full of love. It's very simple and gives that impression like as if it was an old retro game you'd find back in the day. Starting getting into this franchise because of The Citadel series that is closely related to this, and even has a reference to Beyond Citadel! Which absolutely made me squirm and squeal and it all made sense on why some of the enemies and the map just felt so damn familiar like I've seen them before, and just because of that alone, I give this a huge plus! I think the best part about this is the addition of being able to dash, to which I don't really recall being a feature in the other game, but this makes dashing and chaining with melee kills an absolute blast and very-much a great way to defeat enemies even in the highest difficulty unlike in the last game. It does feel like this game has a bit more of a "story" than the last game, but I can't really say much about it since I don't feel like there's much that was explored there, not necessarily a bad thing since you're still able to get a good gist of the motive and a grasp on who and what the characters are. What I do personally miss from making this feel even more complete is how funny it is that in the last game, every melee kill gave this really nice sound effect + the protagonist doing middle fingers, to which absolutely sets the tone of the game and makes it feel even all-the-more enjoyable. The game thankfully doesn't feel impossibly hard, but just a good amount of hard to which I feel like many games fail on with the hardest difficulty. The soundtrack is absolutely amazing in this game, just like the last game, it consists of 5 different versions with each voice actor having a spin on it AND even the developer themselves which is just fun. The most surprising one that I didn't expect whatsoever although was hearing Teto sing which put a huge smile on my face. This game was great and wonderful, I loved it a lot; but if you were to make me choose between this game or CULT VS GAL, honestly, I wouldn't be able to pick for their own reasons! This game did feel a bit more "complete" and "polished" in a sense though! I'd recommend both, if you just so happened to like either one!
GAL-like is on a roll to become my favorite subgenre of retro shooters. You can wallbang with a knife, play survival arena with a karaoke and think about meaning of being a weapon. What's not to love?
