Isometric. Massively Multiplayer. Capture The Flag. Skirmish. Bug Hunt. And more. Welcome to FreeInfantry - the world's first massive multiplayer online isometric shooter.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

bad versions of a once great game. they dont even allow people to join zones sometime. its actually disgusting lol only reason this game didnt take off is POOOR management
Splittah and the mountain won't let you play the game unless you have discord aren't new
First off - the 'FreeInfantry Group' doesn't own the rights to the game, nor do they have the source code, so they can't make any meaningful changes to the game, which is partially why it's free and limited. Moderators allow pixelated nudity, in the form of low-res player banners, without having that as a tag on Steam (e.g. see APB Reloaded), and racial stereotyping is common. They will only take action once the moderators themselves are called out, and it's usually just a 'please change your banner' request. The reason being - their community is so small they can't afford to lose those toxic players. The remaining player base is the remnants of a toxic group of players, so newcomers are definitely not welcome. When anyone who was actually skilled at the game arrives and challenges them, well... they mostly leave to another zone. All the good zones are ignored due to the small population, the players just play the exact same zone style, over and over and over, creating 'new' zones that are literally just different maps of the same thing. I tried for years to convince them to put the game up on Steam for free, but seeing as how they can't accept any new players, well they've shot themselves in the foot, as expected. As I stated back when the SoE Launcher was a thing - the game needs to die. Let it die.

10,000 hours and counting. Not a bad way to spend a few decades. -Assassin "AC"
what few players play this are toxic, they have bots populating matches which sucks cause this was one of my favorite games. Whoever has the rights to this needs to remake the game, it would do so good but with it in the hands on fanboys its unplayable
