Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Forever Skies is an action-survival game taking place on Earth, which was devastated by a global ecological disaster. This event caused the surface of the planet to be covered in a colossal layer of toxic dust. You’re returning to our planet hundreds of years later - will you recognize our world?

Nice game, mostly calm with some fighting. I have recommended it for some of my kids and grandkids. It is not the same action kill ever thing, but think, plan and explore. Although I hate heights ;) it is still a good game.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a game, which i would call aggressively mid. The cool part:

The airship/blimp building. The idea behind it is fun. The building system is, well not great, but good. The looks you can achieve, the items you can display, look good and thematic to the game. It is fun to drive it around the block.
The bad part:

Flying the airship is hard. You get stuck easily, since there are no other camera options, just the from the cockpit view. They could have added, as some mid game tech, some drone cameras or something for this purpose. Instead, we got an unstuck airship option to the menu.
Stamina: even though there is barely some combat, there is a stamina system. Your max stamina is really low, recharges really slowly, and the max can go lower temporarly, based on your rest level. And there is no way to increase the maximum. Fully useless system, which just ruins the gameplay.
Oxygen: there are areas where you need it. Ok, generic surival mechanic. It runs out fast, but you can recharge it with items. Ok, generic surival mechanic. But, even though you have to craft an oxygen tank, there is no option to build bigger ones, or increase it's size. Even though late game dungeons are longer, and your inventory space is extremly limited, you have to carry a ton of recovery items. Because why not.
Inventory space: it is really small, so you have to constantly run back to your ship to unload your stuff. You can increase it? Yeah, by one row early game, 2 rows at endgame. And you will have to carry more stuff with you to progress, so basically, the increase is used up before you enter the dungeon/exploration area.
Combat: it's just bad. You can hit enemies with knife or shoot them with crossbow. You can run away to avoid attacks. That's it. Rare but terrible and boring.
Trade: there are 2 ingame stores, where you can buy and sell stuff. But, they are hidden in dungeons, have limits on selling and hard to access. And you have to haul a full inventory there, which is not much stuff.
Everything else, art design, sound desing, story, lore are just uninteresting/boring. I had hope for this game, since i really liked the idea of building a moving base, especially a cool airship, and exploring a game world, but sadly, it was a dissapointment. Luckily, the game is short, so you can finish it in a week.
its a good game, i wish they do a sandbox mode so we can build and not worry about the rest lol.
I like the atmosphere and the ship building but the gameplay is 50% menu based and those menus are rough. Really rough. Ended up giving up but I really wanted to like this game and I think if they fixed the menu system and added some variety and maybe let us actually fight those giant bugs.
Another one of my favorite designs of a personal moving base! I love that design and this game satisfies that niche.
I played the entire thing start to finish, and it was pretty not great. For starters, the performance of the game varies WILDLY at any given time, but especially later in the game when you have to do things using the docking board. As well as this, gameplay is completely lacking in any threat, super repetitive with a multitude of reused assets/points of interest, and the graphics/art style is a sci fi over designed mess. The biggest problem though, is that the progression and pacing is bonkers and makes no sense. After doing the initial story missions, I went to one single side location and found a turbine which are only placeable on walls. It literally said in the unlock message "if you don't have walls yet they are unlocked later in progression" ... why not just give us walls off the bat if you're gonna give us tech that only goes on walls?? What? Another thing in the same vein is that they give you an entirely new tool that allows you to harvest new resources... moments before you finish the game. Why. Whats the point? The game struggled a lot from strange pacing like that the whole time. With all the bad out of the way, building and flying the ship was actually quite fun. They give you a lot of freedom with airship designs, and many many parts to use (with many requiring story progression however).
If you like the visuals of subnautica and want to trade a fear of water and fish for a fear of heights and giant bugs, Forever Skies is a subnautica-like centered around Airships, pollution and the apocalypse, with DLC that funds animal conservation, and features Co-Op combat that actually Doesn't Suck. I've had a mantis ambush me from behind, heard it last second, managed to mostly jump out of the way and strafe around it while dicing it up with the Aircutter and barely made off alive. Realistically you will die more to accidentally falling off or afking without using Esc; the game gives you Railings to build for a reason.
