About
⬆️ BUILD WITH FRIENDS ⬆️
As FixForce bots, you and up to 5 friends will build towers and paths out of scrap parts, using the structures to climb all over the worksite. Rescue each other when things get hairy, and remember: how high or far you go is limited only by how much scrap you can find.
⬆️ FIND + FIX ⬆️
In each round, you and your team will be dropped near machines in desperate need of repair. Once you’ve found them, use your drill-wrench to scour the site for the perfect replacement parts to get them working again so you can clock out on time. You might even find a few extra odd jobs around to line your pockets...
⬆️ WORKPLACE HAZARDS ⬆️
No job is the same, but they’re all teeming with hazards and violent rogue robots. Keep your eyes peeled so you can protect yourself, your friends, and your precious towers and bridges from their destructive wrath while you finish the job.
⬆️ BUT DON’T LOSE YOUR HEAD ⬆️
FixForce means reliability, and high-risk assignments are your bread and butter. If you take a tumble, slip into the water, or find yourself on the wrong side of a rogue bot, your friends can simply recover your head and snap it onto another body. Good as new!
⬆️ PERKS OF THE JOB ⬆️
The work is relentless, but so is your resolve! Every successful fix lines your bank account, letting you snag new tools to maximise efficiency and tackle even the toughest of challenges in exchange for a few unorthodox updates to your uniform.
Wield the drill-wrench: Use your built-in power tool to fix machines, build towers and bridges to get around, retrieve your friends’ fallen heads, and launch items around.
Extraction loop: Arrive on-site in your utility van, locate the broken machines, find the parts to fix them, and clock out on time!
Manage your battery: Your battery can be used to power all sorts of things on the job, not just you! Just make sure to keep track of it...
Enemies: The dangerous rogue bots lie in wait to undo all your hard work…or even to send you and your friends straight into Emergency Recovery Mode! Stay alert.
Losing your head: Water in your gears or a big fall will trigger your head to pop off for retrieval by your team. Don’t worry: while you wait to be rescued, you can scootch around to make rescue easier.
Different maps: With tons of possible variations for each map, no job is the same!
Proximity chat: Your robot’s facial readout mouths along as you talk to nearby members of your squad.

Really fun game! If you like the gravity gun from HL2 or Gmod you will feel right at home here. The gameplay loop is fun and the difficulty seems just right! I wish it had a little more perma unlocks even if they are minor upgrades and more maps but the core gameplay is great!
Is okay, does not run great on Linux
Cool take on the friends genre, peak, repo etc. Feels a bit like repo in how you control items with physics but you're using items to do platforming around a level trying to find specific things you need to fix the towers. Basically a time limit as you all run around trying to build ways to get the items you need. Lots of silly on goings, easy to ruin stuff which is amusing. Physics seem to glitch a fair bit playing it online which can be annoying at times but the whole experience is so silly it often made it funnier.

All I ask for is an un-timed mode, where we can explore maps and work the puzzles to our heart's content. I absolutely lock in and get tunnel vision on trying to achieve so much, that the time FLIES by, and I actually find myself getting frustrated that I've run out of time to do anything more. Just when I figure something out, "5 minutes, fixer! Get your metal bottoms back to the van!" and I just *sigh* and think "just... let me do this ONE last thing.... almost....there!" but I look up and I've got 30 seconds to scramble my cheeks back to the van before it takes off without me. LOL! My daughter (who played this with me once) actually said this game was impossible to complete in even the easy mode as a team, let alone as a single player. She was ALMOST right, until she wasn't, because I finally got through 3 shifts on easy mode and surpassed the amount of money needed to get done. Now, medium mode, alone? I don't know. That might just be a real stretch. I'll have to try 2,000 more times and see what's what. LOL! Honestly, this game is just addictive AND maddening. The angles of how you're placing things, what you get to help you, the luck of the seed, the stuff you pick to take with you and the luck on IF what you took ends up even being any use at all.... it all lends itself to making the game both fantastic and rage baiting you into oblivion. LOL! I have felt the desire to both throw my controller and curse to the walls the worst words known to man, and then in the same game session - extreme joy over just lucking out of getting my placements and jumps just right. My husband is starting to wonder if the mood swings are menopause related or what. >.< Seriously, though... this is a great game for those who love a challenge and enjoy the achievements. It's both mind-numbing in how simple some tasks can be but you end up complicating it because you're ready for a real brain breaking puzzler moment, and then at the same time, crazy how you can just stumble right into the solution without even trying at some points. While some of the maps may repeat, the experience will never be the same. That, I can promise you. I've had my van throw a disco ball I JUST bought, right out of the back and HIT ME IN THE HEAD with it before I could catch it, destroying it, and then I go see what I need to fix a machine ....and guess what one of those things was? The dang disco ball, which...by the way...forced me to do a 10 second dance to, while I was cursing under my breath. In hindsight? It was actually funny at how awful my luck was being in that moment. I've had other times where I find a teleportation area, and I'm so excited that I FORGET I can even move them, so that I can make great use of them, so I go and try to throw a battery into the portal, only for it to fling out the other side and into a massively deep pit (which is absolutely NOT where I wanted that battery to go). I mean, I have died in so many weird and wild ways, as well as funny ways, it's just too much. Give this a go, and definitely use a controller to play. It's just easier. Trust me on this!
FixForce is delightful, I'm awful at it but it's so much fun. It feels impossible to get frustrated when it's so charming and goofy.

Really fun game! Played with a team of 4 and we had great fun! I like the flow of the game and how stages appear to get a little more difficult as you play (unless I'm just a bad gamer...). My favourite part is exploring the environments looking for side jobs and finding hidden little areas. Even though it's still in Early Access, there is still quite a lot to do! I'm looking forward to seeing what's coming for future and the full release! If you're a fan of REPO and Lethal Company, this style of game will suit you perfectly.
Fun little game to play with friends. Worth the Money.
