Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 19 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Fishing Mega-Game is a fishing creature collector that's all about fighting fish to catch fish! You play as an angler who uses the fish they catch as bait for the next big one. Collect dozens of vibrant fish and unlock unique ability combinations to challenge the hordes of fish wishing to take the bait themselves.
While fishing, send your bait into a fishing hole full of hungry fish looking to weaken you until you are fully consumed. Combat this with an arsenal resembling an aquatic "bullet heaven" type of game. Level up, or find rare upgrades to power through the hordes of small fry before you arrive at the main catch. Deal enough damage to it and add it to your collection!
This game takes inspiration from Vampire Survivors and Ridiculous Fishing.
In order to find new fish, you'll need to explore new zones full of fishing spots, NPCs and upgrade shops. Discover new levels, unlock permanent upgrades and receive helpful hints from characters in the area.
Each fish has an alternate "shiny" version. After catching all fish in a level, you will unlock the ability to enchant the waters, giving you increased odds of finding a shiny fish. By increasing the difficulty of the level, the fishing fairy will increase the percent chance that you encounter a shiny fish!
There will be over 60 unique fish for you to challenge and collect. Each fish has a unique combination of starting attack and abilities. Catch tons of fish and find the ones that suit your playstyle the best.

I really enjoyed my time with this game. A lot of the negative reviews here seem pretty pretentious. If you take your roguelike bullet hell games super seriously, maybe this isn't the game for you. However, as someone who generally enjoys cozy creature collector games, I found this game to be a fun, slightly challenging experience.
Very fun take on the bullet heaven/survivors like genre, with a clever creature catching twist! The pixel art is very charming (especially the overworld and fish designs) and that combined with the wonderfully jazzy music that plays when you are on the hunt makes this a very chill experience. I also really like the shiny catching system where you can customize the difficulty to increase your chances of catching a shiny fish. My only complaint so far is that projectiles can be little hard to see at times with all the visual noise as things ramp up. And since the game can be punishing when it comes to recovering lost health it can be frustrating to be hit by a projectile I didn't see. This game also run really well on steam deck so far, which means this is probably going to be my go to podcast game for a good while! Consider me hooked... sorry that pun was reel bad, I'll sea myself out now.

Pretty addicting, I've been playing a while and got lots of achievements, I can totally see myself trying to 100% this game. I want to catch all the shiny fish! And I like that you can adjust the difficulty bc sometimes I want a challenge, and sometimes I just want to kill things
Very fun! The freshwater stingray is my go to lure because of the scales that shoot out and it only gets better with upgrades as you go. Had a run where I had like 15 scales shooting out in all directions and ripple going too. No fish could get near me.
Fish. Good.

I am obsessed with this game! Fishing Mega Game is a cozy creature collector where the objective is to catch a bunch of different fish and (optionally) their shiny variants. While I found the gameplay to be quite lacking, as you can just use the fish with the speed inherent ability to blow through the stage and catch the boss fish within a minute or two, the point of this game seems to be the hunt for the shinies. There is a way to raise the rare percentage to a base max of 40%, but if you hang out in the level for a few minutes until all of your upgrades are maxed out, you can then begin to raise the shiny chance with each level up. I only really did this once. The time it takes to get to this point is much, much slower than simply using your fast fish to get to the boss and check if it’s rare or not and annihilate it accordingly. You can’t really raise the rare chance in the boss gauntlet stages, but you will know if the final fish you catch is shiny or not if toward the end the fish change color. If they don’t, then it is the standard variety. My absolute favorite weapon ability in the game is the wave. It shoots out a multihit fast enough that it can push boss fish around and bully them until their health melts away. This is great combined with the bubbles. I also really liked the scale shot, ripples, and fishing trap. Naturally, my main fish of choice is Pomfret, since he starts with the wave. I wouldn’t recommend this game if you’re looking for a roguelite. Get this game if you like the idea of a fishing minigame where the appeal is the shiny hunt. It is an incredible time waster. I got all of the achievements in about 7 hours, but I’d like to spend more time shiny hunting. I hope the dev continues to update the game with more fish, maybe more aggressive boss fish, and preferably an option to reroll and banish upgrades.
Love the game, can't wait to play it again!!!
Very fun game. Fishing in a bullet heaven is a really fun concept, and I love the fact you can get "Shiny" fish. Got it on Keymailer and been thinking about it since we played it. Need to get back in and 100% it at some point. Would really like to see more songs put in though, and just generally see the game get expanded on!
Pretty fun game with a surprising amount of things to do for the price. It could use some more attacks, at the moment there are around half a dozen give or take a couple.
